Hello everyone. Just slinking in to say hi as I haven't been around for a little while. Actually, 20 pages' worth!! Sorry about that...
Anyway, I'd like to report a loss! i have lost 3lb!
I know that's not a huge amount, given that it's taken me three weeks to do, but I'm happy nonetheless. And, it has spurred me on to be more strict with recording what I'm actually eating, if you know what I mean?!!
Love to all who need it, and to those who don't!

Hi all.
Not had my right head on the last few days; I have read all the posts but not going to make a particular comment on everything that's happened, other than to wish that our wee green puddock is content in herself, whatever she decides to do about her evil stepmother. Hugs.
Hi to newbie.
Well done, losers! (I always think this is a funny thing to say.) Keep plodding, the rest of us.
Tomorrow is one of those days when you meet yourself coming back. In a nice way, thank goodness.
I have a massage booked for morning, long lunch with friend, take DGS to drama, then bring him back here for tea until his mum and dad collect him after work.
I'm hoping to compensate for lunch by having fruit & yogurt at breakfast and mug shot for dinner. The last few days have been not great, synwise. I really, really don't want a gain on Tuesday. Most times I'd accept it ok, but this time I am concerned about it.
Night all. Good luck.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
I suppose it is Maman yes. I think it's to do with the fact they always got cheap stuff when he was a kid and he hated it. He earns good money now and never ever spends any of it on things other than food, fuel, bills and essential things for the car(he asks my permission before he buys anything- we don't have joint accounts but because of his mental health issues I run his accounts for him) so I suppose him buying his branded stuff is his biggest luxury. He doesn't smoke or drink, he likes his PlayStation but it's a second hand PS2 with his old games, he has no debt other than a teeny mortgage (about 5k now) and a small unused overdraft, and he buys his clothes from Asda so the only luxury he asks for is his branded food. I couldn't feed myself on the pittance I get in ESA so I'm grateful to him for paying for my food.*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200

He sounds like a thoroughly nice man MrsR and if his branded goods give him pleasure then good luck to him!:) Probably far cheaper than designer labels on clothes!;)
:Ton your loss pennygrabber. It's a loss that's what matters and 1lb a week is almost 4 stone in a year!
greentiger, enjoy your lunch tomorrow, then draw that line (until the next time;)).0 -
Right, I am back! I haven't had chance to read through all the pages I missed, but will try and catch up at some point this week...
The holiday was great, I went running twice, had a birthday (late) surprise and a gift was a horse riding session (1 hour), which I loved! (I had some lessons few years back when I was lighter, but in the UK there was a weight limit and I was not brave enough to get riding here as I am too heavy for UK limit and I don't speak local language that much).
So, all the pain au chocolat, croisants, baguettes cheeses etc consumed freely last week, now we brought some cheeses and terrines/pates back, and will be consumed a bit at a time.
The sneaky preview shows 2-3lb on, but will see how it is tomorrow officially. I am fine with the 2-3lb on after the holiday, as long as I can get rid of them reasonably quick - have a small goal of 87kg by the time we go away for Christmas (December 19th).
I did reach my goal for holiday in the end - on Friday morning when we were leaving, the scales were kind to me and showed exatcly what I was aiming for - 89,0kg!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
Morning everyone
Happy December to you all and good luck to everyone on getting slinky for santa as he's nearly on his way nowIn fact we met him on Saturday (the first of at least 3 trips planned to see him before Christmas for my toddler). She has no idea what she wants which is nice, it's probably the last year I won't be innundated with requests for tat she has seen on the tv!
Opened the advent calendars today. Not quite sure what I'm supposed to do with the chocolate one my mum bought for my 9 month old. I guess I can eat the chocolate or feed it to the toddler later in the day once the sugar rush of her own choccies has worn off!
Had a busy weekend and despite the toe have managed to get about okay, although I'm slow moving. WI tomorrow night so need to be good until then.
Hubby made a 'thing' on saturday night (which we ate two nights in a row and still have two portions each of in the freezer). I'm not sure what the official version would be - chicken (quorn in our case) in a white wine, cream & garlic sauce? Must have a name?! I want to try and find a proper recipe so we can try and perfect it. Bless him he really tried to make it SW and did the sauce with low fat cream cheese and ff yoghurt. Did taste good
It was the first time since I started SW that I had to allow for wine syns though :rotfl::heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls
