Hi all I'm back shall post properly later about the weekend :)

Mrs r - I've always been sceptical about sw scales I've even messages them to ask in the past as everyone gained one week in my group.

However I've weighed myself in the Drs and in the gym in the last 3 weeks and all 3 sets of scales have been different - up to 9lb different to be honest so my opinion is Im using sw scales as a guide?! What is weight really in the grand scheme of things?! If my clothes fit and I look ok and feel ok what does 1lb actually matter - normal people Do Not weigh themselves weekly at the same time in the same clothes - sw scales is not the be all and end all of life!!!

Well last week was a washout - I can only assume the vast amount of walking cancelled out everything I ate and drank

Saturday was my posh night out - I scrubbed up alright I think after 2 hrs in hairdressers getting hair and make up done
We started drinking at 6 and I got home at 4am - never been out drinking that much that I can remember - posh meal was a wash out really I didn't like starter or pud and the cheese board made me feel very queasy and I was trying to be on best behaviour.
Night highlights - the boy said he loved me and some other very very nice stuff that made me fall for him a lot
I got headhunted to join the association we where out with and that was lovely - although I can't accept right now I will be in a year or so
My mini me said that I looked like a beautiful princess ;)
Off to be happy and remember that the hangover was worth it ;)

Not weighing at group this week as was expecting a gain due to my weekend away, but my scales are not showing a gain so fingers crossed. Anyway I wouldn't have been going as still cant get my top teeth in, tried earlier but it was agony ah well I have plenty of soup so wont starve. A gain may catch up with me in a couple of days but for now its STS for me Shala, and another fiver on the fridge

Just wanted to say if anyone has a Heron store they have Kraft light Italian dressing at 3 bottles for £1 and mullerlights for 20p.

Really sorry for not being around but busy, busy, busy at work..

I've just skimmed all posts for results so if I've missed any then i'm really sorry.. and I also don't seem to be able to post the chart for some reason  so sorry again :(

Anyway our SOTW was :j:TCatcherupper:T:j with a 3lb loss

also just wanted to say -

Brilliant losses ladies (and Jock) :T:T

Mildredd - so lovely to read your post :j:j it's an exciting time for you x
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

  • Mildredd - I am so pleased for you :T

Meg - sorry to hear that you are still have bother with your mouth. They sound fab offers at Heron - I think we may have one of the shops in the next town.

Thoroughly enjoyed the little ones Nativity play - I don't think there was a dry eye in the house. A thought passed my mind - this time last year I would have probably needed to a chair for each bum cheek :rotfl::rotfl: Oh nearly forgot - guess who won a box of Quality Street in the raffle :p

Cars are all really frozen up tonight - DS going to pick his gf up from work shortly and have warned him that he will have to allow plenty of time to de-ice - dread to think what it will be like by morning.

I just followed the gritting truck home from SW so they're obviously expecting it to be freezing here tonight.

Mildredd, I loved your post too, especially the bit about your mini me saying you looked like a beautiful princess. So cute! (Mine told me to go away earlier - apparently all I am good for is starting the DVD she wants to watch).

I got a 1lb loss tonight :D So the elusive 3.5 stone award is now mine :j

BUT ladies, the sticker I got was not shiny. It was white, not like any of the others I've got. Are they changing their stickers, because if so I predict a riot. How can I get a shiny if they aren't shiny
