Have had a worrying few days, my mum has been having a lot of abdominal pain recently, got very jaundiced at the weekend, had a mad rush of walk in / regular GP apts, hospital blood tests.. Was admitted to another hospital last night for more scans and tests and after a lot of humming and haa'ing they've said its gall stones and she has to have gall bladder removed.. Phew, you always think the worst!
Going to bed after the match.. On plan and only had 2 syns for a hot choc :A don't want to scupper it :rotfl:0 -
mich_city - Did you know Tesco do sugar snap peas frozen. Taste almost as good as fresh.0

Yay I did it, can keep my fivers a bit longer -4.1/2 lb please Shala, now I now for sure that there was something wrong last week. as I have never ever had such a big loss or a gain come to think of it. I think it must have been the constipation, thank.fully now sorted.
I am now bang on 10stone so can lose 3lb or gain 3lb
and not pay.
We called in Asda on the way home as Batchelors Super pasta is on offer 6 for £3 and I wanted to look for the Bgood wrap which is a healthy extra but put them back quick as £2.80 for 6  I bought the cheese and broccoli pasta but was also tempted by the macaroni cheese, which I have always avoided as think it must be high syns, but comparing it is actually 30 less calories than the cheese and broccoli, 0.07gram more fat. anyone know the syn value please?

Just popping in to say2lb loss for me today. That's exactly 3 stones lost since end April 2012. :j Happy bunny. :j
:T:T:T greentigerst read on minimins about a HEb wrap, it's from the free from range at Asda, will have to try that one. Could make pizza or fajitas. Anyone tried it?
Yes mumoftwo I've tried the BeFree Wraps from Asda and used them for pizza bases. They were ok and cost a hexb. I think to use them as a normal wrap though - they are a bit 'cardboardy' iykwim.
Hope the poorlies and anyone just feeling a bit off are feeling better soon.SPC NO 041STARTED SW 04/14 - TARGET 05/16 - TOTAL LOSS 10ST 3.5LBS :dance:0 -

Lost 3st 2.5lbs in seven months - not mega fast, but steady - and we have been away rather a lot in that time as well.
Well done just the two of us on reaching your target :T
Great news on your health wiz :T
Hope your Mum makes a speedy recovery mich.
Thanks for the chart Shala - you're a star.
That's a fab loss meg :T Hopefully I will be rewarded with a decent loss next week after my loo issues this week.
Just had 40g prunes (half hexb) and 10 almonds (half hexb) and a finger of twirl for supper.
Had a good shopping day with DH today and managed to stay on plan. Called into Asda and bought a pack of cooked chicken breast and a pack of melon/mango/pineapple and scoffed them in the car at lunch time and then went for a coffee. Treated DH to a viennese mince pie with clotted cream - only coffee for me - can you see my halo shining brightly????? Then later in the day we desperately needed a sit down (we are both in the slow and steady gang remember) so called into M&S and bought one black tea and one americano - totally angelic
