    Hi all
I'm not feeling so sorry for myself today. I woke up really determined today and am aiming to really get on it this week. For once I have nothing planned this weekend for the first time in about a month so will be able to do my own shopping this week and also will be able to stay 100% on plan- no excuses!!
My foot has eased a bit today so went for a hop round the village on my crutches. My back didn't thank me for it but I was able to put weight on my foot for short distances at least which was good.
    So here's today's food plan.
B: Scan Bran (5 syns) with HEXA laughing cow light blue cheese, ham, chicken chunks and scrambled egg, banana, can of caffeine free diet Pepsi
L: 4 bean curry (my own recipe and lovely! Tin of mixed beans, tin of baked beans, tin of tomatoes in garlic, generous helping of curry powder) Uncle Ben's Mexican rice with lime (2.5 syns) big mixed salad. 2 satsumas, pint of NAS cordial
Snack: cheese twist (2 syns) pint of NAS
T: plain salmon fillets, steamed mixed veg, sweetcorn. 2 mini milks (3 syns) pint of NAS
S: 2 x Alpen Light bars (HEXB) cup of decaf coffee with remainder of HEXA
Body magic: at least 2 miles round the village
    Syns: 12.5
Thanks for all your help and kind words people. Hope everyone is ok x

Oh meant to say I've just had the quark/alpen light cheesecake thing as I had a spare HEB.

Anyone else made it? i'd like to know how to make it more sturdy as I find the quark quite runny...

    i'll stop posting now :rotfl:

Hi - just popping on to post - I achieved my target today!!!!

Lost 3st 2.5lbs in seven months - not mega fast, but steady - and we have been away rather a lot in that time as well.

Now just have to see if this is my best weight or if I need to tweak it - but perhaps will try and sts for a while first!!

Having a glass of red to celebrate!

Keep up the good work everyone. x

Great for you & great for us to read :-)
