Oh don't I've been panicking that's what I've been going through?? I've been having terrible trouble for about the last year. Not irregular periods - just all the flippin time periods and terrible terrible pmt rages of which I am in one today.

Is it wrong to want just wine and chocolate for dinner??

    Not wrong at all! ;)

If you are concerned about it then ask for a blood test. Its simple enough just to measure the hormone levels in your body. Might put your mind at ease. I was around 80% sure thats what mine was, as my mother and grandmother both went through it early. My mother was diagnosed at 36, but left it undiagnosed for a few years first. Family history of it can play a big part.

Hi just caught up with posts.

As I said yesterday I am a serial SW member (15 years), I usually join and leave twice a year. I'm currently a member of Newton Abbot SW. I rejoined 29th October and have lost 9lb (put on 1½ last week after a 'boozy' meal out) so 7½ gone to date.

Could somebody let me know how to do 'quotes' here and also where would I find the weight chart you have been talking about?

Jill if you hit Quote beside thanks it will copy it over. You could have a look at the NHS BMI chart. I would def def stress though, whatever chart you use please use it as a guide only. It is not an accurate measurement for everyone.

Countingpennies - I will have to go back, I'm fed up going and talking about my periods tbh but nobody listens.............A female Dr laughed at me once when I was describing my pmt symptoms to her. I actually got more sympathy from a male one. They've put me on the pill though so who knows if that would affect it and I would have to come off to get an accurate reading.

Anyway still going with my theory of wine and chocolate for dinner after a bath and a trashy mag. My little heart is broken and this week is just a right off. Total right off. If I can limit it to just wine and choc I'll be doing well tonight - the chippy is calling my name!

    Morning.

Just popping in to say2lb loss for me today. That's exactly 3 stones lost since end April 2012. :j Happy bunny. :j

But I have to confess I was BAD last night. DH made supper and he gave me a Danish pastry - he'd bought them as a treat unbeknown to me and kept them hidden! Well, how could I refuse? ;) Actually, it wasn't the best one I've ever had :p , but that didn't stop me polishing it off :o . Just as well I had plenty of syns left from the week!

Hey ho, it's a new week. I'm out for lunch tomorrow and Monday, so I need to take care the rest of the time. Plus son and family are staying for a few days while their loft gets insulated and central heating gets upgraded. I'm only 1lb from challenge target and I sooooo want to get there - I don't think I've succeeded before! Fingers crossed (it's harder to pick up nibbles that way).

    Good Afternoon :D

    :T:T:T Well done greentiger :T:T:T

Sorry I thought you meant a BMI Chart - yes Shala very kindly keeps a chart of all our losses etc. She will include you if you ask her very nicely I'm sure !
