Been sooo busy!! Haven't been on for 2 days on there is loads to read! Don't have time at the minute, so if anyone has mentioned me i'm not ignoring you! Lol!
Tesco scales STILL aren't fixed. So still no idea how what I am. I should be able to get to the chemist later to use theirs before work.
Diet wise, not going too bad. Trying to make good choices despite being rushed off my feet!
Hope everyone is well.

2lbs on and and 1lb out of target. Fedup
feel huge and lumpy. Plus I've hurt my foot so can't exercise
I hardly ever excercise Mrs R so dont worry.
You can soon pull back that 1 lb that you are out of target.
Keep ploddingxx

Morning
It's sooooo cold, brrrrr
I'm in denial, not joining the over 50s slow and steady cause I'm only 49!!!:rotfl: maybe next year
Funny how the day before weigh in I'm in a "want to eat great quantities of white toast" mood and chocolate. A hot chocolate will have to do.
Just read on minimins about a HEb wrap, it's from the free from range at Asda, will have to try that one. Could make pizza or fajitas. Anyone tried it?
Having Sausage casserole made in slow cooker for tonight's tea, comfort food. I bought a potato ricer this morning for making smooth mash, I can't wait for tea time, love my food
I suppose I better go do something useful, like vacuuming, might burn some extra calories and get warm0 -

Feeling very young now
So far today:
breakfast: Ready Brek (Stand in HeB) made with milk from HeA and a cuppa (again milk from HeA)
Feeling very meh again as a now ex work colleague (has finished her time here as was a subcontractor) has miffed me and my manager by half stealing some branding of ours that you can guarantee our ex chief exec didn't copyright *rolls eyes* and wonder bairn took another bump to the head this morning so have been a bit mopey with a touch of mummy guiltso I have had a 17g milkybar. no idea on syns, 5?
Lunch: I have some spiced pumpkin soup and/or a variety of mugshots...I may well have both the soup and a mugshot as I am so cold and must go out on lunch to the local retail park so will be walking a bit#
I have an orange if I fancy an afternoon snack
Tea will be chicken stuffed with soft cheese and spinach wrapped in an extra lean bacon medallion. will need to syn the soft cheese - will have to look my book out and try and work it out, its about a tbsp. worth. served with mixed veg and mash (chips for bf)
Need to up the fluids again to get myself over the midweek hump and maybe perk my mood up a bit.
off for a mugshot************************************

Change of plan for tonight's dinner! Having shopping delivered but it's not arriving until between 5-7pm and the mushrooms I need are in the shopping! Don't want to start cooking after 7:eek:; far too late for us.
Have had a root around in the freezer and have found a veg curry so at least I can still have a Green day! Will also have some rice with it.
Will have some crackers and cheese (HEA2/HEB2) for supper:D.

Been to the chemist. Different scales, but probably more honest, so Ive very depressed now and annoyed with myself for my binging splurges which have brought my weight back up to 13st 10lb..... So 1lb GAIN for me for last week please Shala.
Could have been worse if I hadn't been making better choices since saturday
