I’d love to be in the slow and steadys – but I’m 63

Anyway, I’ve behaved again.
Today’s syns were choc digestive (4), XL mayo in peppered mackerel sandwich (1), Special K sweet chilli cracker crisps (4½) = 9½
Not had hexa yet, so supper will probably be3 mini babybel light & grapes.

WI tomorrow and hopeful of a loss again – tbh, I think I’ll be peeved to say the least, if I sts or gain!

Tuesday’s plan
Breakfast: hexb porridge made with water, splash of hexa milk, banana
Lunch: omelette with turkey rashers, tomatoes, salad, yogurt
Dinner: macaroni cheese made with hexa cheese (8.5), broccoli & tomatoes, fruit salad & Total 0% ff Greek yogurt
Snacks: choose from 2 Garibaldis (4), choc digestive (4), Alpen Light bar (3), Special K sweet chilli cracker crisps (4½)

Well , that’s it for another evening. Make good choices, everyone.

That is interesting jill. We've often been told to go easy on grapes and bananas. I wouldn't fancy chomping my way through too many lemons or limes though!:)

It's a Green day for me today as want to make a real cheese sauce!

B - scrambled eggs on toast (HEB)
L - LO broccoli soup; slice of Kingsmill Gt White (4)
D - courgette & mushroom cannelloni (HEA/HEB for cheese sauce)

Other HEA will be milk in t4as throughout the day.
