    Hi all

I'm a serial SW member and a stalker here. I have a question:

Is it possible to eat too much fruit on the extra easy plan? So far today I have had quarter of melon and a sharon fruit and 2 clementines. I also had a large salmon fillet, rocket, cucumber and 4 small sweet peppers.

For breakfast I had magic pancakes.

My mouth seems to be moving all the time today lol :rotfl:

I don't think there are set 'rules' about it on SW but IMO it's better to have your SFs as veg rather than too much fruit. I'd even go as far as to say, as a general rule, that veg that grows above the ground like leafy things is preferable to root veg which can be a bit carb heavy. I think what really matters is that you have variety and you're certainly doing that! My reasoning on fruit is that sugar is sugar however 'natural'. Do, 'delurk' more often jill.:)

    What recipe you want?

Oops. I could have been more specific! It was the breakfast casserole recipe, which Maman has kindly supplied. Thanks to both of you.

No luck with the recipe. I've made the changes here but can't see any difference on Facebook. I'll try again later.

With you on the over 50 & not very mobile LL.

I just want to get under 11 stone & I will be a happy beanie.
But I self sabotage every time

I will go along with this too :o Oh beanie how I would love to be under 11 - I can only dream. Getting into the 15s is hard enough atm especially at this time of the year.

Hope you are feeling better soon flutterby.

I really feel for you wiz as you are trying so hard. Good that your diabetes results are good and that you are looking and feeling better too. Could your sticking be a result of any meds??

Don't be shy jill - pull up a chair :D I will go along with maman comments on eating too much fresh fruit. If I go through periods of sticking I usually review how much fruit I am eating. I think we all vary though so it might just be a case of trial and error.

Woo Hoo tbear that's a whooping good loss :T

I cannot remember who mentioned the coconut flavouring (shala?) - we use the Lakeland Coconut flavouring when we make a creamy curry - kids us that the curry has coconut milk in :rotfl::rotfl:

Off out for wi tonight and will try to report back in later.

Stay warm everyone as its bloomin freezin out there now.
