Maybe we should all come to Spain for Xmas Lois ;) how many rooms you got?..

We're in a caravan so the answer is none, but bring a tent and pitch up!:D

Counting-pennies - had to laugh at your day off the rails, it's good to have a day off now again, the skill is in not making a habit off it. The mot important thing is, did you enjoy it?

Had a lovely walk this afternoon round the marina, it's very mild but there were waves crashing onto the sea defences, it was lovely. It's very quiet where we are apart from Sunday's when it's market day and the Spanish all go there and the restaurants are all full. It's great to see the Spanish out on Sunday's, they go out in family groups and the children are in their Sunday best. We wear summer clothes but they have coats and boots at this time of year and by January they'll be wearing hats, gloves and scarves!

    LL:)

Shala - thanks so much for the chart. As always I manage to check in after you've done an update (sorry), but it's a -0.75lb for me this week. I seem to be on the scenic route with small losses but as long as it's coming off that's all I'm worried about.

Hugs to all that are could do with one

Well done to all the losers and keep plodding to the STS & gainers.

I fell off the wagon a smidge today, had my usual on plan breakfast but then nipped out to return a coat that I bought yesterday as a pressie for my dad (too big) and was longer than I intended to be and was hank marvin by the time I got home. As soon as I got in I had a cheapy turkish delight bar - it was so not worth it, but things could've been worse - I could've ended up in kfc or burger king  Will have an on plan dinner and draw a line.

Well my xmas shopping didn't quite go to plan.. instead of getting xmas presents I ended up getting loads of stuff for myself :o

Popped into Lakeland to check on their flavourings as the last ones were a bit of a disaster - got this one http://www.lakeland.co.uk/18349/Lakeland-Natural-Flavour-Coconut-

it's lovely!! I've mixed it in with a bit of quark and a bit of sweetner just to take away the bitterness of the quark but I can't taste any alcohol at all.

They're only £2.59 at the minute on offer.. £3.99 usually..

Pudding for me tonight is going to be pineapple and coconut "cream" - it'll be like i'm in the Carribean :rotfl:

I also bought a new fella for my collection (the reindeer) (the big snowman isn't mine, he just stays with us until we manage to drive to my sisters at some point!)

    etd_zps8c2e327d.jpg

I pop them in the hall so that when people come to visit we have a xmas greeter!

Anyway .. I forgot to post the chart last night so here it is. I've took a few people off who haven't posted their results from the past two weeks just to tidy it up a bit...

Meg loving the picture of you getting to target.

Well busy day for me today as it was really lovely here today so DH and I decided that we would tidy the garden. Loads of BM there. Anyway two trips to the tip and a full to bursting brown bin and the garden looks great. All set for the winter now.

Food wise I have been on plan just need to make sure I stick to it over the next few days lol.

me too.. I usually volunteer to work, always glad when its over and done with!

agree with that annie I took time out from SW earlier this year.. I was kidding myself I was sticking to it and ended up feeling worse than ever.. still took me some time to get back into things properly.. that lasted the best part of the year.. things are finally starting to move again, thankfully!

been nice and bright up here in manchester too.. had every intention of going out for a walk.. but ended up sat on my backside!.. need to get more active and tone up a little now..

had a little non scale victory.. kind of.. got into my size 12 jeans that i'd bought for when at target.. just need to be able to do them up without lying down and a lot of huffing and puffing :rotfl:

I work in a school kitchen so off for 2 weeks I suppose tv will be showing the same yearly carp repeats so that's rubbish :(

I tried my size 14 trousers on yesterday not fastening yet about 4 inch away ;) but I will get there and they will fasten. Watch this space :D :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

BEG - you did all that by 8am? You're putting me to shame, I'm still in bed drinking a cuppa!! :o

CP - u eat pork scratching coz they're lovely :D as long as you don't think about what they are. Draw a line, get back on it and put it down to one of those days!

Mum has always been an early riser and I definitely share here genes
    - when I called in this morning she had stripped her bed, done the washing and she was getting the things out of the drier - all that and she is 87.

Re the pork scratchings - in M&S this afternoon with DS and he spotted boxes of long thin strips pork crackling amongst the party food  I have told him to wait until near Christmas in the hope that he might forget all about them ;)

You look lovely Meg - you deserve to be so proud :D

Sorry Shala I'm forgetting my manners - thanks for the chart ;)

    Well done, lauri.

Fab happy pic, meg. Love it!

Size 12, mich, I’m jealous! But only I can do anything about getting there too.

Well, managing to stay SW today again. That’ll be 2 pretty well-behaved weeks on the trot, which is unusual for me . Like others, I’m on the tourist route.
    So today’s syns have been
    sausage 1.5, tsp chutney 1, xl mayo 1, stir fry 0.5 and 2 garibaldis 4 = 8 syns
Not decided about supper syns yet but I do have 2 boxes of Alpen Light 70s.

    Monday’s Menu
Breakfast: selection of fruit, Total 0% fat Greek yogurt
    Lunch: something with peppered mackerel
Dinner: mince & tatties, broccoli (??!! Because it needs used up!) – 1 syn for gravy, ML Greek style lemon yogurt (0.5)
Will decide about snacks tomorrow, but I will choose from chocolate digestive (4), 2 Garibaldis (4), Alpen Light 70 (3) or Special K sweet chilli cracker crisps (4.5). mmmmmm

Thanks for keeping the chart, shala.
