  • Well done losers and STSers x

I haven't eaten since Thursday night, except for three pieces of (white!) dry toast. I have a sickness bug _pale_ :(.I feel awful.

I have already missed one night out last night, date night tonight is now me in pjs and resting head on OH whilst he watches the rugby, and I'm likely to miss my best friend's birthday meal tomorrow too :(. Oh well, at least I'm saving syns!

Logging in with my weight loss for the week half a pound :-(

Not great but I had noodles 3 times during the week with my stirfrys & carbs are a no no for me. The only way I loose is to stay away from potatos, pasta, rice, noodles & of course bread.

WI for Shala - 1lb fish week must have helped or it could be no boiled eggs or rice pudding week :o have given in today and made a rice pudding though :p.
Well done to you bunch of losers :A big hugs to those in need and hope all poorlies get better soon.
Not had a great week emotional wise, had a bit of a melt down at work. Am seriously thinking about my future there. I find this time of year particularly hard and people dont understand [even hubby]. I really dont like Christmas, am expected to be happy but im not. I get really depressed :(, resisting the meds though as they make me gain :(. Maybe when[if] grandkids arrive I will make the effort :p.

Have you tried rice noodles? Not as 'heavy' as wheat ones.

    Hi.
Thanks Maman for the syns on fruitopolis. I am really surprised it's only 1/2, because they seem quite indulgent, tho at the price they are i won't be having them often!

Well done Mumoftwo on your meal out. It's not easy when you get out among others to keep your resolve to be good, so well done:T

I bought the extra easy express book at class on Thursday, and really pleased with it. We had the cheesy bean bake tonight and it was lovely. I added mushrooms, cauliflower and peppers to it and a good pinch of chilli flakes, so it was spicey but well worth doing. We had it with SW chips and salad leaves.

    Have a good evening :)
