  • Hello everyone:wave:
It's been quite a few days since I posted, and I've got a lot to catch up on, however, hello to all who have joined us here and good luck in your journey :)
Well done to those who have had losses, and hugs to those who have STS and extra hugs to those who have gained :grouphug:

I've lost1ib this week Shalla. Thanks for doing the chart, it's great to see so much weight disappearing each week and the help here makes it possible to keep motivated :)
Just a quick question... How many sins are in a mullerlight fruitopolis please?

Had a good night at class last night. I lost 3lb. which takes me to 8lb in 2 weeks and my 1/2 stone award. I also got slimmer of the week and won the raffle. I got a syns directory and a wee heart shape bowl. :j feel really positive today.

    :T:T Well done!

Did you want to be added onto the slinky for santa challenge? I may have asked you before so apologies if I did and apologies if I haven't asked :rotfl:

I can add your previous loss on too if you want me too.. 8lb in 2 weeks is brilliant!!:T

I've just found this posted on faceb00k - from one of the consultants I follow - don't know if it appeals to anyone - syn free flavourings :j not sure how natural they are :o checked on line just t make sure they were free

Basic, Food colouring/flavouring/essence, all varieties, 1 drop
    Free

Thought i'd use them in yogurt and quark to make them a bit more interesting for puddings and breakfasts OR to make a low syn yummy cheesecake/ice cream for a bit of indulgence..

T'isnt cheap - with P&P it's worked out at £14 for 5, so i'll taste test them first if you want me to let you know what they're like before you all spend your money!!

Shala - there's a good range of flavours available but as you say expensive (especially once P&P is added on). Wonder if they're available in the shops at all, perhaps cook shops or somewhere like Lakel*nd?

Going away for the weekend so will try to be good but if I can't I'll keep counting, LOL!

    Today is EE:

B - porridge made with water, Mullerlight & banana
    L - mushroom omelette
D - HM sweet & sour pork with rice

    HEA - milk
    HEB - porridge
Syns - 0.5 for sweet & sour sauce; weekend wine :D

Smilies don't seem to be working for me today so have tried Code - hope it worked!

Will be doing EE all over the weekend but we're probably eating out tomorrow lunchtime so suspect it will end up as a pub meal and most don't seem to do SW friendly food!

I found they had started doing quorn chicken style dippers in my tesco. I figured they'd not be too good for SW because of the bit of batter, but only 1/2 syn each. That's lunch sorted - with a side of mixed veg I have in the fridge. Children can have baked beans with theirs :D

Lakel*nd do some flavours but they are only 15ml bottles for £3.99 :eek: so double the price (although reduced at the minute to £2.59) but P&P is usually astronomical for them too!

Anyway mine have been shipped so should have them by Monday :j i'll taste test them then...

Would like to lose another couple of pounds before Christmas - but might be a bit difficult with a couple of weekends away (including a fish & chip supper!).

So would I but it seems a bit of a vain hope as we have quite a lot on. I've got five clear days coming up but will still have my wine syns. I'm sabotaging myself really.:o

    Enjoy your weekend away denise.

I'm out of it lantanna :D had a good night's sleep and woke up ready to try again!

I think I need to up my water intake as I keep waking up with a headache.

Might also try to make some soup but I do struggle with eating soup _pale_

Glad you're out of the sulk shala and thanks for the generous offer of tasting those flavourings.:A

I've been waking up with headaches too. I took it to be sinus related as the weather's been changeable. I must try harder with water. Hot Ribena is quite passable nic. And today I'm having soup for lunch, the last pot from the freezer. I might not make any more quite yet as need some space in there for Christmas goodies.

    Today's EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, HEA milk, baked beans
    L: beef and vegetable soup
D: not quite sure but probably gammon, new potatoes and veg of some sort
    Syns: weekend wine

I've yet to do my meal plan for the coming week. That's my next job.:)
