Heading to WI in an hour. Not sure how I've done this week. I've been good through the week, had some yummy meals. But we went for a World buffet on Saturday. I tried to stick to things like tandoori chicken and had some sushi. But a couple bits of pakora crept onto ,y plate, as well as a little Rogan josh.

    Today I had

    Brekkie- yoghurt, banana, 2 satsumas

Lunch- bean burger (3), on toast (heb) topped with 2 poached eggs

Tea- left over roast veg, orzo pasta and feta bake, salad, heck chicken burger (1)

After WI I will have a jelly pot (1/2 syn)
Other syns I used for milk and a teeny flapjack bite size (4)

    Hi all
Unfortunately my CCG has a contract with Weight Watchers and will only refer to them :( I'm happy with SW and the nearest WW class anyway is in the next town which would cost me money in busfares that I can't afford :(
Thanks beanie- the MacMillan benefits advisor called me this afternoon and spent an hour on the phone helping me with the form. I'm happy with what she helped me to write and have parcelled up the form and evidence ready to go. Thanks for the offer though :)
Thanks for the kind words everyone x

    Hi again

OH and I have had a red day today. We've been sticking mainly to EE but wanted to have fajitas for dinner which uses two HEBs so breakfast was fruit and yogurt, and ham and egg salad for lunch. I buy wholemeal tortillas which are 60g each, chicken, onions, peppers and spices, all free, home made salsa and a HEA of grated cheese.

    Have a great holiday ginzvt!

I'll be back in the morning with the result of my weigh in. Have a good evening!

Lois Lane - where do you get your tortillas? I've not seen 60g wholemeal ones. Wouldn't mind getting some of those.

Ended up having liver, bacon, mash & red cabbage with apple for dinner tonight - just a couple of syns for this.

Managed a 0.5lb loss for this week; had hoped for a bit more as had less than 105 syns for the week but OK with the 0.5lb, which brings me back to bang on target. Would like to lose another couple of pounds before Christmas - but might be a bit difficult with a couple of weekends away (including a fish & chip supper!).

1lb off tonight.. Pleased as it's a loss and takes me to the lightest I've been since starting SW.. Been playing catch up for far too long, it's all new weight loss ground from now on! ;)

One of the ladies in my group got her 10 stone award tonight.. Lovely to see as she's worked hard for it..

Diet coke chicken tonight.. Was Delish! http://instagram.com/p/vol9uXGjdp/

I'm in Spain and they do them in Mercadona, the local supermarket. Probably not available in the UK.

Well done, tweets, LD, Denise, mich and lush.

Enjoy your holiday, ginvzt. I wish it was me! Ho hum.

Well today has been ok again.

I had the rest of my hexa as milk.
Today's syns tally, so far, is 6:
hula hoops (guessing 5, can anyone verify that for me?)
    gravy in mince 1

I still have half hexb, so I'll have a wee slice of bread with hm jam later and (maybe) 2 garibaldis or a choc digestive .

    See you all tomorrow.
