Morning. Still really annoyed with myself for yesterday's binge as I was doing so well and hoping to get below my sticking point this week. All I can hope for now is a STS and not a gain
Put all I ate into myfitnesspal this morning and I ate two days worth of food yesterday:eek: The thing is I knew I was doing it but couldn't seem to stop, I realise I have a problem with food, up until now I've been in denial. Yesterday I knew I wouldn't be on plan with the buffet, so was resigned to that. However, I knew tea/dinner would be late so I would be too tired to cook and so I thought 'better stock up and eat what I can now'. I think a ready meal would have been very useful for yesterday evening, although I would not like to eat them on a regular basis.
Anyway really cutting back today and tomorrow in an effort to reduce the damage, not sure it will be enough before weigh in on Saturday but all I can do is try.
The thing is, we've another interview on Monday so I 've got it all to do again, but this time I will be much more disciplined!
EE Menu:
B: GF cereal with BD milk. Tea with milk.
L: Speed Soup. Tea/Coffee with milk.Chicken & Pasta bake (5 syns for cheese). Cabbage. Tea with milk.
S: Cocoa?(May try to do without this also).
BM: 30 min Callanetics.Weight loss 0/2st
Inch loss = 0"

Thanks for listening!! Hubby is not more focussed than me though because we eat exactly the same. Boring but true. I prepare all the meals and he eats precisely the same as me. If we have a treat its a Curly Wurly and that's 6 syns I believe. I was tested for underactive thyroid but they reckon it's not that.
Hi penny lane - hubby will lose more than you if you're eating the same, because men need more calories than women. Men need 2500 calories a day and women need 2000 so say you're both eating 1500 calories a day, he is burning off 1000 calories of fat and you're only burning 500.
As long as you're losing weight it doesn't matter, think of yourselves as the hare and the tortoise, he'll get to goal before you but you'll end up losing the most weight in the end.
Good luck!

durham, don’t worry about the consequences of your lovely day out with your son. So maybe you won’t do as well as you’d have liked this week, but it’s good to do something different and get away from the routine every so often – it makes us refreshed and ready to start with renewed enthusiasm. We’ll get there in the end, even it takes a little longer.
Mrs_Ryan, sorry things are not great just now. But, from reading your posts, I’d say you’re remarkable. You’ve achieved so much, both personally and in losing weight, despite some very difficult circumstances. You’ll look fab in your glittery top. Get out and enjoy yourself!
mumoftwo, as long as it’s not the mice and tatties I’d otiginally planned, it’ll be tasty!
mich – love your link. So far I’ve lost a 15 foot canoe!
After investigating the contents of the fridge more carefully, I’ve shuffled today’s menu around a bit.
For breakfast I had scrambled egg and smoked salmon on half hexb toast (instead of beans on toast), For lunch I will have Heinz 5 Beanz and a sprinkle of hexa cheese on my spud (instead of prawns).
Hugs to everyone today – because it’s Thursday.

I am busy packing and getting ready for the holiday today. The washing macine is on full power, the car has been cleanaed, shopping done, some stuff already packed and in the car. Still need to pack our clothes, bikes, build daughters balance bike (decathlon replaced her old one, but now the new one is still in the box!)...
We had eggs with grilled tomato, bacon and beans for breakfast this morning - haven't had this for a very long time, and really enjoyed it. Then went shopping and treated myself for a coffee and pastry on the way home. Bought some chocs to take with us to holiday... But promise not to eat them all myself!!!!! Just had my late lunch of salad with some low fat mozzarella.
Dinner will be roast pork with veg.
And then, for a week, no plan. Will try and be good when possible, but I am going to have my pastries, bread, cheese and other nice things in France!!!!!!!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -

Just running in to post a 2lb loss this week! Chuffed
Somewhat off plan today as the lunch provided at a work event was pulled pork sandwiches and no idea what I will have for tea at home (bf is having chicken nuggets and chips before he runs off to an extra session)!************************************

Hope you have a great holiday ginvzt. I've got a few days in France coming up soon and I'll be going off plan then too.;)
I'd have been furious too if I bought salmon and it went off MrsR. You do seem caught by not being able to pay for classes. Maybe when/if your finances pick up you can reset a target. Looking at your signature I don't think what you've lost is piddling at all. Be proud!!!
Well staying over could have been worse foodwise. The main course was buffet so I helped myself to lean pork and a pile of steamed veg (cauli, broccoli, carrots, green beans) so only syns were in some roast new pots and a bit of gravy. I had cheese when everyone else was tucking into huge puddings. Just a small piece of local soft cheese. I was pleased I managed to ignore the steak and ale pie that was an option. This morning we had what supermarkets describe as a 'range of baked goods'. I managed not to have the pain au chocolat but everything else was very non SW. Many wine syns were consumed.:o
So back on plan since we're back. Lunch was JP with cottage cheese, spring onion and pickled cabbage. Later we're having SW chilli. I've discovered that a dollop of cottage cheese is nice on the side with chilli. It's a bit like having sour cream.0 -
Mrs Ryan - You could speak with your GP about getting a free referral to classes?? I think I'd be so frustrated by that situation.
Hungry now - get me weighed and get me home. Doubt I'll be seeing target tonight - been sitting here drinking coffee all afternoon.
My tummy has look of Tina Malones about it : (0 -
