STS the same for me tonight :(

Spoke to consultant and I have to hand in a food diary next week... hope she can find something i'm doing wrong.

We did win the sotw prize though.. only because the proper sotw had left so she picked someone at random.. I now have a bag full of fruit and veg to use - a celeriac _pale_ I probably won't use but everything else we will.

i'm off to bed in a huff.. I have read all the posts but too much in a huff to remember it all (be better tomorrow!) xx

Awh Shala come out of your huff!!!

Seems to be a lot of sticking this week for people, hopefully you'll see a big loss next week.

Well I've had a loss! One pesky lb

    One lb to target

Going to go soup Monday to Thursday to try and get target for next week.

That got I then need to lose another 3 lbs before Christmas to give myself a bit of leeway.

Morning everyone. Hugs to all those disappointed at WI, there's a whole raft of you above :( Chin up and keep plodding and hopefully you'll have good numbers next week :)

Day 2 of getting back on plan went well. I feel better just for having eaten lots of vegetables :D I'm trying hard to avoid home weighing this week but think I'll probably crack before next Tuesday :o

I forgot to say that for the 3rd week in a row my mum did baking with my toddler and sent the results home - we had cake, then biscuits, and this week cake again. I have resisted the cake, it is just sat on the side and toddler is having little bits. I am reminding myself that my mum's cake is really not nice enough to be worth spending the syns ;)

I've got 5 WI nights before Christmas. I'd really like to make it to 4 stone lost by then, which is less than 2lb a week so really should be doable if I stick to plan.

I don't expect to gain much at Christmas. I won't be going out anywhere because of the children and being a boring homebody! I don't normally drink unless I am out of an evening and that's not likely to happen (and it's been so long one sniff of the stuff I'd probably fall over :rotfl:). I don't like Christmas cake or pudding, or mince pies so there's a good few syns saved!

I am going to have something tasty in flaky pastry for my Christmas dinner though :D.

    Probably this:- http://www.tesco.com/groceries/product/details/?id=256363264

I'm out of it lantanna :D had a good night's sleep and woke up ready to try again!

A lot of people at class had STS too.. Wonder if it's just a nationwide issue sweeping the countries.. Or it's a slimming world fix to make us keep going back :rotfl:

Hope you get your 1lber next week.. Nice to be at target :T:T

So I have loads of fruit from my sotw bag to start off my week but I'm also going to buy a melon to snack on, it's high water content and I think I need to up my water intake as I keep waking up with a headache.

Might also try to make some soup but I do struggle with eating soup _pale_

    Morning all

Reporting in with the result of this morning's weigh-in with a 2lb loss. I'm happy with that but have a feeling it could have been more if I could get my regularity back! :o

For anyone feeling stuck, don't be disheartened, remind yourselves how far you've come and give yourself a pat on the back for your achievement. :T

Morning, hugs to those who sts or had a gain. It's such a tough time of year I'm finding. It's hArd to want to drink more water/squash in the colder weather. I've been trying some peppermint tea instead which seems to have helped. X
