some fantastic losses woo hoo, Its wi for me tonight and I am really expecting a gain been suffering with constipation for a couple of days and feel really bloated and fat. So looking likely that my fivers are coming off the fridge and back in bank will post later how I get on.

I feel your pain meg - I've been having a rumbly, bloated tummy for a few days :(

Hope you manage to miss a gain!!

I on the other did a sneaky weigh and have put on 1.5lb  from the bloated-ness, that better go by Thursday night, i'll be so disappointed - I passed on cakes and chocolate and everything this week at work!

    It's chart time!! :j

    Our SOTW - :T:jLordduke:j:T

Hi Erin, I lost 7 lbs in my first week, 4 lbs in my 2nd and reached 6.7 stone off just over a year after joining.

My average loss was 1.5 per week. So you can see how it all adds up - look at it that way, take each stone at a time or half stone. Its great to get a good big loss at the start though get things off to a great start!

Great advice from lantanna there erin - I've lost just short of 5st since March (still several stone to go mind you :o) and the thought of getting rid of all that excess blubber just filled me with dread at the start. I just go from one shiny sticker to the next and break it up that way. You've made a fantastic start so stick with us and we will all get there. ;)

Hi everyone, been lurking but need to get back on the wagon. I got to target last Christmas stopped going to group and finally plucked up the courage to get on the Wii this morning. 1stone 10lb on, back to a year gone May-so annoyed with myself I knew I'd put a bit on but everyone still saying you look great ( why not tell me the truth!).

Anyway can I have 10lb for Christmas challenge if possible.

So far today pineapple and yoghurt.

    Thanks all.

Yes things are whizzing along here!! Wanted to comment on Ginvzt and your 'flash' - banning you from driving seems really harsh, I have had more than my share of speeding tickets but no ban thank goodness. Hope you're ok about it now.

The way I read it Ginvzt actually moved off when the lights were red, so it could have been a lot worse Germany are very strict,
