Good result, Lauri, pennies (wow) and durham.

Pennylane, I hope you enjoyed those mince pies! Get it out of your system and move on.

Oh, mich, I hope I do get a loss on Tuesday! Yours is probably just taking its time and will be along this week,

Well, I stuck to plan again today – sort of. I wasn’t hungry when I got up so didn’t have breakfast. DH was out so didn’t open a tin of salmon for the lunchtime sandwich. Instead I had the breakfast smoked salmon on a slice of wholemeal bread from a large loaf (two thirds hexb – that’s important for later ;) ) spread with 35g (half hexa) philadelphia light.
    Snack: choc digestive (4 syns)
Dinner: as planned teriyaki salmon (2 syns), noodles, salad, followed by Ski lemon mousse (5 syns)
Later I will have the rest of my hexb (told you it was important) in the guise of half a slice of wholemeal bread with 2 tsp HM spiced plum jam (1 syn) and a banana
That makes a total for the day of 12 syns.

Monday’s menu – my last fishy day
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with smoked salmon
Lunch: salmon and cucumber sandwich, fruit
Dinner: Granddaughter’s birthday tea, so who knows? Hopefully I won’t ruin my week, but I do love nibbles and birthday cake will be obligatory or there will be a very upset 3 year old ;(
I’ll try to avoid inbetweenies beforehand. That’s been quite easy the rest of the week so hope there’s no change tomorrow.

Good luck everyone. See you sometime tomorrow night to make my confession.

Mich, is there any heb's in your pizza or is the 11.5 syns for the base completely? I've used that bread base before and it was lovely but it was years ago and it was classed as 2 hebs then.

Maybe I should have done this instead of the dominos fest the other day:o:rotfl:

Penny lane.. Come join me in the "we've ate things we shouldn't have corner!" I know exactly how you feel, last week I put so much effort in and didn't lose a thing.. It's disheartening, but have a bit of a sulk (I did:D), pull your socks up and start again. What's the alternative, if you don't try then you may put on more weight and be even unhappier..

Can anyone help provide some ideas of the types of superfrees they have with their dinners/lunches? I'm really struggling as I don't like much but I'm getting really bored of salad...

Tomorrow I have some carrot batons with a quark dip as my superfree for lunch, does that sound ok? I'm having loaded potato skins with it...

Shala.. I'm not aware of it being a hexb.. The bread mix is 11 syns for 100g..but now looking at the app it says 100g 'made up'.. Do you think I've done it wrong and counted the dry mix to 100g and it should have been the wet mix weight? Eeek.. I saw the syn value mentioned on Instagram and obv didn't click that 'made up' when I first looked on the app I'm not sure what it weighed when made?

    Did that make sense?

Oh the 1/2 is for the yeast :)

Had a look at mine now I'm home and it's this one http://www.amazon.co.uk/Crock-Pot-Saut%C3%A9-Countdown-Cooker-Silver/dp/B000WZQCVY/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1416178279&sr=8-6&keywords=crock+pot+slow+cooker I don't remember paying that much for it! And agree with some of the reviews that it can burn slightly and food stick to the bottom if on high for a few hours.. Fine on the lower setting..
