Oh tweets, you made me laugh!
Well I have stuck to plan all day. This fishy week has been great (so far anyway). I've not felt the need for any snack today, so only jelly and saucy fish syns have been consumed (5). That leaves 10 syns PLUS hexa and hexb for this evening. Right now I'm fu' as a puggy, as me dear old Mum used to say.
So Friday will be
Breakfast: kipper, mixed beans I found lurking in the fridge (assuming they are still edible) and tomato.
Lunch: rollmop herring salad, clementines
Dinner: fish pie (uses hexa philly), sprouts & beetroot, Ski lemon mousse (5 syns)
Snacks: hexb bread and spiced plum jam (2 syns), chocolate digestive (4 syns)
Total (planned) syns: 11
All the best, everyone.
I text my friend with lose and he always says fancy losing a pound or 50p. If I mention wind meaning weather he asks if I have eaten mushy peas or beans :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

Well guys.. That's the fishy week done and the results are in.....
A flippin' maintain.. Disappointed to say the least, I thought there might have been a wee loss in there
Looking at the positives, my stomach feels a lot flatter than usual. A lot of people commented tonight they'd thought I'd lost a bit this week.. The scales disagreed :rotfl: I'm more in control.. Even with that crisp blip the other night my syns still well under for the week.. Oh well, onto the next one!
And it was more fish tonight :rotfl: fish and chips.. 1/2 slice hexb breadcrumbs.. A tad light on SF's but had fruit for dessert http://instagram.com/p/vWl58HmjQ3/
Good luck all still to WI x0 -
Back from weigh in and lost 5 lbs
It was my first week so I know you usually have a good week. But I'm feeling positive and plan to keep going x:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
Well done nic! That is great result!
Mich - I have not lost any on my mainly fishy week either, but I did lose inches, my stomach is much flatter and I lost the whole inch of my waist in that week!
It is a less fishy week, but I don't think I am losing anything. I was really hoping to reach my first target, but the chances of losing over 4lb in next 7 days are very very slim! Oh well, as long as the weight is going down, I am happy.
I know I will put some back on on holiday, we are going center parcs and since I booked it before starting slimming world, we preordered breakfast, which is half baguette, a croisant and a pain au chocolat each morning delivered to the house. I think the ducks will have lots of bread - there will be 7 of us, but 3 of us are under 3 year old, so we are going to struggle to eat all up!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
Meg, thanks for the link!
And greentiger, thank you so much for the files!! Will be printing them out and sticking around, maybe it will encourage OH to follow it more... He needs to lose a lot to get to bmi of 25, don't think he ever will! If only he got down to bmi 30, i think it would be amazing and make a huge difference to him, but that is over 79lb away!!!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -

Well done Nic and beanie :T
I'm definitely feeling 'trimmer' ginvzt, jeans and certain tops feeling looser but it's always nice to see the results on the scales.. Not letting it get me down, it wasn't a gain so that has to be a good thing!.. Still got 9lbs to target, thinking of adding 4lb to it to make it a round 4 1/2 stone loss.. Will see how the next couple of WI's go.0 -

I don't think these were exactly what you were looking for lush but HTH.
I almost joined the fishy week tonight as DH suggested a fish & chip supper! We haven't had one since August and he was trying to be helpful as I'd been out all day but I refused.:D
So today's EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena, HEA&B porage
L: banana and pearSW chicken curry (with peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes) and rice
Syns: squirt of syrup and finished off some oven chips (probably 3 syns) and tsp of mango chutney (1?) and someone forced me to taste a chocolate in M&S:o0
