Can someone who has online access check this info:
There's also a downloadable PDF version (though I don't think it lists them all on red/green just EE) if you go into 'getting started our healthy eating plan' on the left of the homepage you'll find loads of info on HE's etc and the PDF's.

Does this PDF still esxists and lists all the Healthy Extras etc? I would love to get something like that to print out and pin to the fridge and kitchen cabinets at home

Have just had a look for you but there doesn't seem to be a PDF just a drop down list of HEAs and HEBs on Original, Green & EE days.

Do you have an up-to-date book as they're all listed in there, although there are some new ones online as well.

I have the books, they will be from 2012, just was thinking if there is a pdf, I could get a printout to pin on around the kitchen.

Thank you for having a look!

Sorry to hear you were hurt at work Flutterby hope you soon feel better.

I lost 2 1/2 lb at WI this morning! I lost 2 1/2 last week too[ but as it was before I joined this thread I don't know if it that's classed as cheating, but if it's ok can that be added to the chart too please. :)

    Feel really motivated now :D

    Afternoon,

Some family troubles here but I've stayed relatively calm. Also had call from dr that my blood pressure readings from having the monitor at home are inconclusive so am being referred to the hospital to get a 24 hour monitor fitted, oh joy! So it is important I stick to plan with lots of veggies (apparently bananas, celery cucumber, ginger and kale are good for lowering bp) and get this weight down. Not much I can do about my stress level though.

Red day today: egg, mushroom, broccoli, chicken salad and sausages and veg for tea, heb: 2 rocky road hifi bars, 2 slices toast HEa: milk and Philly
Syns: Heinz curry sauce - 3, oil 4

I thought I had got the hang of this posting lark and was quite pleased with myself adding the little bits and changing fonts and colours, but hey ho that last one didn't really work, well it half did!

Now I've lost all my little people!!

  • I have lost three and a half stone, going from over 16 stone (about 104 kg) to under 13 stone (81-82 kg) in five months and I found it surprisingly easy. In my case it was based on:
    - no sweets / junk food / snacks (no sweet drinks etc)
    - no alcohol (no beer, no wine)
    - at least once a week endurance exercise, e.g. 70mile bike ride or so.
