Well done, crabapple, jock and just the two of us (all twice over), Catcherupper, Eric, jellybaby, mumoftwo and matron.

Cats are not daft, mich! They know they are gods.:D

Oh lush, I remember how awful it felt whenever one of mine got hurt. Hugs for you.

Don’t talk about cheesecake to me! That’s part of the reason I had a gain this week – my darling daughter had us over for dinner on Sunday, and dessert was a generous portion of her irresistible home made blueberry and lemon cheesecake (with cream, of course). She did offer me a yogurt, though. ;)

Well, I've been pretty good again today. I have Syns to add that I didn't account for in advance.
The sea bass was ys and it came in an oven cook bag with a butter pat. I drained as much of the butter off as possible before I served it, but will count 2 syns.
I made spiced plum jam today, so I had to taste it to make sure I wouldn't poison anyone with it. Tested 1 tsp jam on half a small slice of bread - 3 syns.
On a plus point, I won't be having one of the planned choc digestives, so that's 4 syns saved :).
So, on balance, I'll only have used 1 extra syn (making 12 altogether). Happy bunny.

    Thursday's plan - still fishy :p
    Breakfast: kippers & tomatoes
Lunch: tomato pasta'n'sauce with peppered mackerel, salad, yogurt
Dinner: Saucy Fish Co chilli, lime & ginger salmon (4.5), baby potatoes & mixed vegetables, jelly & fruit
Snacks: hexb bread with jam (2), banana & hexa milk, choc digestive
Total planned syns: 6.5 (= room to play ;) )

    Have a good evening/day.

Well done mumof2 thats a great loss!

Had a rubbish day at work, resulting in a rubbish day with diet. Must find new ways to cope and draw a line under today. I'm such an emotional eater :(

    That's fab.. Well done :T

Tea tonight was leftover Thai curry with some prawns and spinach.. Not the prettiest to look at as it all ended in a storage tub to bring to work.. Tasted good tho! ;)http://instagram.com/p/vTxNp2GjRq/

WI tomorrow.. Not feeling confident but hoping for a wee loss.. All this fish has to have been worth it :rotfl:

    Morning all..

You could just use onions instead.. it won't make that much difference to the taste.

Ran out of time to make soup today - will see what tomorrow brings. Thanks Shala.

Well done to all the amazing losers today :T

I had a 1lb gain last week Annie that was totally unexpected but it disappeared this week and took a couple of friends along too. Hope the same happens for you next week.

At home alone tonight - in the old days I would have gone on the mooch to see what I could find to eat. :o Tonight I am proud to say that I have had my Ryvitas (hexb) with a very thin scrape of lf spread, feta cheese (hexa) and some cherry toms. Got a fancy for something sweet - contemplating a little mini meringue with my cup of tea.
