I used to hate the 'happy clapping' too but now I just sit there like some sort of demented seal and I'm not even really conscious of it. I do give genuine applause to those I know are working hard but not really for those who love saying how bad they've been and almost boasting about it.

By the sound of it we have quite a good class.. they don't do all the happy clappy stuff. The consultant just goes round and asks everyone's weight loss, takes about a minute with everyone shouting out and then we move on to other stuff.. I do usually come away feeling motivated to do well (for a few hours anyway :rotfl:)

Got an email at work that there is free food downstairs and was ignoring it until a colleage came in to ask if I would like to walk down with her. so i did. And helped myself to a lovely fruit salad! Ignoring the satay skewers, mini burgers, cakes, etc.

    Well done for the loss.

If that's all you've had/going to have then you could have either a Red or Green day depending on what you decide for dinner tonight! When I have egg and chips I usually have baked beans and mushrooms as well!

I would then have something like veg curry/rice for dinner.

Supper would then be HEA/HEB crackers and cheese! You'd also still have another HEA/HEB that you could use - perhaps bread with your egg & chips (I love dipping my bread into the runny yolk!)

Thanks for that Denise, it is really useful info as I rarely have red/green days and it's great to see how to work them properly.

I seem to remember jock saying something about calling Superfrees something new so as not to confuse them with Super Speedy.

As long as they don't increase the number of syns in a bottle of wine I can cope.:D
