Well done!!! But no celebration pints, pelase!!!!!!
Dinner yesterday was jacket potato with tuna and a spoon of vlf mayo, a few carrots, and some pomelo. It is a long time since I had pomelo, and bought one instead of grapefruit, as can only find red grapefruits in the shops, and they are quite bitter (no pink ones here!). Someone suggested pomelo, so deciede dto try. The taste was lovely, but.... it was dry?? It was like eating an apple - there is still plenty of it left. Please tell me it was just the odd one, and they are usually as juice as normal grapefruits, oranges, etc?
I think I am going down, as was craving bread last night, but we only had two slices left and we needed them for kids breakfast to take nursery this morning, so I had to resist. Had a few raisin wheats with my tea instead.
Today:
B: 2 eggs and a small slice of black bread (secret stash from home, we have a lovely rye bread, which is literally black!)
L: Quark/ypgurt/berries with finn crispsPossible the last porsion of speed soup, but will see
And then some apples, banana, and anything else I can find... Got a headache this morning, hope it goes away soon!!!!!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
Got an email at work that there is free food downstairs and was ignoring it until a colleage came in to ask if I would like to walk down with her. so i did. And helped myself to a lovely fruit salad! Ignoring the satay skewers, mini burgers, cakes, etc.
Well done:T. It's always nice when there is something you can have when there's free food at work!

Well done all the losers and STSers (that looks odd but I'm sure you'll know what I mean!); hugs for those who gained and hopefully things will be better this week.
I'm off to group in about an hour. Menu today will be EE again:
B - banana after WI
L - smoked salmon sandwich with cucumber, beetroot & cornichons
D - SW butchers sausages (0.5 syn each), mash, cabbage & green beans; will try making Mildredd's onion gravy (I don't usually have gravy but have to make it for DH so might try a bit tonight)
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns: 2 sausages 1; LTL mayo instead of spread 0.5; fruit split lolly 3. Not sure what else yet, if anything.
Not feeling as though I've lost anything this week - back later with how I actually do at WI.
Went shopping last night to save time today as going to be busy and managed to get 4 packs of smoked salmon for £1.55 a pack (originally £5.99!) One pack in the fridge to use and the other 3 packs in the freezer for later. Think it's the first time I've managed to get smoked salmon on YS:j.

I had never seen or heard of a pomelo until I saw one in Lidl the other week - left him there though as I wasn't quite sure what on earth he was !!
MatronMidge - Yes I've libertys tapped for the weekend : )
Wi for me later =:eek:
Was meant to be going to the Italian tonight but my mates just cancelled! And we are going next Thursday instead. That will be an Indian on Tuesday and an Italian on Thursday :eek:
Think I will get a nice bit of fish for tonight now and maybe run into primark and get a cheap top or something to appease myself over missing out on my lasagne!!! But hey least theres £20 in the food budget for the week.
Need to meal plan today - pennies super tight til Christmas really and its definitely a challenge right now - my fruit consumption has definitely dropped !0 -
Thanks allFlutterby well done on your great loss, and you got a shiny too,:T
Daft isn't it, just a shiny sticker and it gives us a boost to be good and try harder.... If only for a day or two :rotfl:
I love getting stickers, and it totally made my day yesterday. I had a carp day in work, I got accidently injured during an incident in work (I work in a prison) and was a bit shook up and have hurt my back and shoulders slightly, so it was lovely to get it!Well done!!! But no celebration pints, pelase!!!!!!
Just a pint of fizzy NAS squash :rotfl:* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *

Good morning all,
First of all very pleased and some what astounded to report a 1lb loss for me this week! The scales are now reading 12st 1lb I can only assume it's the increase in fluids as I don't think I've been to the toilet and back so often since I was pregnant!
Ended up with dhansak last night as bf forgot we had to take one of his chairs to a team mate to take to camp today (silly man) but it would be 6.5syn for 350g and I had about half that so will call it 4
Today:
breakfast: HeB cereal plus milk from HeA and a cup of tea (my last special tea bag at work; must see if I can still get them in the shops!)
Elevensies: apple
Lunch: left over dhansak (4syn) with a little rice, a Satsuma
(walk on lunch as I didn't get one yesterday)
tea: I have the chicken I defrosted for yesterday so I may have that with mash and veg (as I probably won't fancy rice a second time in the day!)
Can I ask for some syn values please?
* milky way crispy rolls
* small milky bars (12g)
* bbq mug shot snack stop 50g less than 1% fat
*chicken and mushroom snack noodle
* basic creamed rice pudding
thanks!************************************
