I'm going for an Italian meal after wi tomorrow night - its a really amazing restaurant and I haven't been in 2 years so I won't be holding back.
Trying to be extra good to weigh in now
I'd love anything off o.5 lb - anything just to help get my head back in the game - but doubtful!0 -
There is a new Muller light yogurt out now which is pina colada and this is free. I have not managed to try one yet, has anyone else?
Tracey
Morning Tracey , didn't know about the new pina colada yoghurts but I am going to my small Mr A's after work picking up a George online order. I have to buy some yogurts while there if they have pina colada I will put a couple in my basket to test and test one tonight0 -
Morning lovlies,
A wee 1/2lb off for me this week:D Would have preferred more but happy enough. Obviously gutting the bathroom and stripping my bedroom walls is keeping me away from the fridge - and for the amount of pain I'm suffering, hopefully toning up my arms!!
Think I'm going to give fish a go this week. You lot blether so much I've still to catch up with the latest chat.
Today's menu -
Breakfast - toast and Dairy Lea (hexb and a)
Lunch - prawns, huge salad of lettuce, cucumber, red onion, spring onion, red and yellow pepper strips and tomatoes.
Dinner - chilli salmon, new potatoes, roasted onions, mushrooms, peppers and broccoli.
Syns - Marie Rose sauce (4) and possibly 3 for Danio yoghurt.
Have a good day all x0 -
How do I change the colours please. I click on the colour I want but it doesn't change can some kind person tell this thick person what to do,
Thanks x0 -

Morning all,
Not feeling great this morning; major mummy guilt as wonder bairn took a little tumble off our sofa this morning as I had looked up at bfI think it was more a shock than anything for her but I feel terrible and bf hasn't exactly tried to make me feel any better/like these things happen sometimes
and she has a little rash (looks like heat rash) which started last night and is still there
Wonder if the guilt of returning to work is finally kicking in as bf has been at home yesterday and today with her and I haven't?
Last night was lovely, the lasagne was only about 3 syns as the only thing on it I had to syn was the white sauce and sil only used 1/4 of a jar to serve 6 of us! and I had a small glass on pinot; not up on my wine syns but I'm guessing 5 - couldn't have been more than 150ml as I've had more milk on my cereal in the past than I had wine last night! I also had 3 chocolate buttons and one sweet from a packet of fruit mentos so I'm sure I was up at the top of my syns. It was a lovely evening though; so happy the sil seems to be changing for the better and really making an effort with all of us!
Today:
Breakfast: HeB cereal plus milk from HeA and a cup of tea
Elevensies: satsuma
Lunch: more of my free spiced pumpkin soup plus an apple and a pomegranate if I can find a sharp knife in this building (plus a walk up to town and back to buy bf snacks for camp)
Tea: chicken breast baked in the oven served with rice and veg plus a sauce which is 5.5syn
drinks: water and NAS squash (although yesterday afternoon I couldn't stop going to the toilet after a coffee and a litre of water haha!)
Must pick myself up and get on with my day; bf Is taking wonder bairn out with his mum to get a Christmas present for me then will be at home with her; whilst I'm bored out of my tree at work************************************

Try typing in whatever you want. Then select the part you want in different colour or size or font. And only then choose the colour, size or font you want to be applied to the text. Works for me...Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0
