And so say all of us!!:D

And so you should be. Well Done!!:T

I think I've done quite well today
    B. Poached egg on wholemeal toast
D.LO beef stew ( that was nearly all just the veg (sf) left
    T. SF veg soup with cheese (1oz) on wholemeal toast.
    S. 2 hi fi bars, pear, satsumas bananna.
Please correct me if I've made a bloomer!:rotfl:

I'm guessing this is meant to be Green as the beef soup had no beef left in it.

So 1 x HEXB = 2 small slices of wholemeal
    1 x HEXB = 2 Hi Fi bars
    1 x HEXA = cheese
You could have had another HEXA

If you planned to do EE (i.e. you had beef) then you'll need to syn the bread or the HiFis.

Congrats on being miss slinky Crabapple, well done. And also well done to all the other losers.

I have my first group WI this morning, quite nervous, you want to do well in your first week, don't you? Not looking forward to the attention and questions but hey, if it keeps me on the straight and narrow.....

It's taster week as well, never done one before. Was going to make tuna cucumber cups but now re-thinking that idea, who would eat that at 9.30 in the morning? I have lots of salted caramel and gingerbread green tea bags, would that be ok to take? I might make some rolled up ham spread with Philly Mediterranean tomatato and cut up, if I have time to do it.

I better go, will report later
  • Morning everyone - just reporting a 1lb weigh loss this week to take me to my 3st award!!!

Only a few more pounds to go to my target - which I have fixed quite high on purpose.

Need new wardrobe so will try to get to 3lb under then maintain at that for a while and see if I feel the need to lose any more. I don't want to get all saggy and baggy - am surprised I haven't already as it is 4 and a half stone I've lost in total in a year!!

Have read back a little way and everyone is doing so well. well done Meg on reaching your target.

Well done on Miss Slinky Crabapple and on your loss
  • Morning everyone

Good luck with wi mumoftwo. Your tea sounds rather delish and I am sure it would go down a treat. :D

Well done on your loss just the two of us and on gaining your 3st shiney. You must be feeling fab 4.5 stone lighter and nearly at target. Similar loss to me and I'm barely half way there yet :o:( - but its heading in the right direction and long may it continue. :D

Busy morning out and about. Man coming to fit new bathroom flooring this morning and then we only have to sort a new blind (man coming to measure next week) and that will be my new bathroom complete :j. Phoned the carpet cleaner man yesterday to book in lounge carpet before xmas and he only had a few slots left and there was me thinking I was booking in early and being organised :rotfl:

Hope you all have a good days

Shala pleased to report 2 pounds loss this week

Hopefully I can stay on track and report with similar next week.

I shall probably stick with the boiled eggs option for breakfast with HEB bread as I find this fills me up.

I'm having a "thin" for lunch (5 syns) filled with beef slices and English mustard. Dinner, I'm thinking of pasta with Mediterranean veg/chopped tomatoes. I shall add some chorizo which of course is syns but adds lovely flavour and will make enough for several meals which means the syns will even out.

Generally I'm feeling grumpy today so hopefully I won't sabotage myself by eating chocolate or the office sweets. Want to aim for a loss each week if I can even if its only little. I need to be careful with the syns tonight too - Wednesday is usually "my night" when I sit down in front of the box to watch my favourite shows including Wentworth but as its the second to last episode tonight, I might have to save it for next week and watch the last two in one hit! Is anyone else watching this?

I hope everyone has a lovely day. xx
  • 2.5lb loss for me this week.

I should have been slimmer of the week, but instead of checking properly we did a show of hands and she said she'd lost 3lbs. When we got down to her in group she'd actually lost 2lbs. Oh well, I don't need another sticker.

I did manage to get my Club 10 sticker though!

Having to go to the morning group next week which is annoying, but since I weigh less in the morning it might help
  • Great losses FE and jock and gaining your Club 10 jock.

Have you tried the Overnight Oats FE. They are quite filling and prepared the night before so save a bit of time only downside they use up a hex which you may want to save for later.
