[Just synned a pack of crisps that I ate last night kinda mindlessly with OH. 12 SYNS    Now I didn't eat the entire pack on my own but it is safe to say I had 3/4s as he had a bag of snacks as well that I did not touch. I will not snack before checking again. It was so not worth it.SPC #352

Hello all! Some great and impressive losses here over the last couple of days!!!!!
I had a horrible day on Friday´- took kids to nursery with the light sticks (there was St. Martins celebration on Friday night and we were told we will need to bring the sticks with lights to put the lanterns on). So, I come in, ask where to put them, and pone of the teachers tells me to bring them in the evening for the celebration with the lanterns. OH said that at the meeting they told the children will be making lanterns and we just need to bring the sticks, but as it was Friday morning and no laterns made yet, I thought we misunderstood and we were supposed to make our own at home! So, took OH to the trainstation, car to get tyres changed, bought the lantern making sets from the shop and got home to start making two laterns. It took me 3.5 hours to make two laterns (never made them before, and of course I had the designs with the most pieces las these where the only ones left in the shop!), had 10 min for a shower, picked up kids, and nearly cried in the nursery as they made the lanterns!
Got back to the train station to get OH, and we were back at the nursery for the procession. Did not enjoy that at all - I am really antisocial.... The organisation of the procession was non-existant and then we had to queue three different queues to get our pre-ordered pretzels, sausages and drinks....
Anyway, I aws hoping I will be doing sewing on Friday, but as I had the whole of 10 min for myself in the day, I chose to use them for a shower.... Had a quick lunch of jacket potato with prawns while cutting the bits for lanterns, had some smoked sprats for snack when running around and dinner.
Yesterday's menu:
B: scrambled eggs, mushrooms, smoked salmon
L: speed soupswordfish with a load of veg
Today:
B: magic pancakes
L: pasta with tuna, capers, tomatoes, courgets; miso soupsalad, smoked mackarel, speed soup
Snacks: 2 finn crisps (part of HeA) with a smear of apricot jam;

Glad you're bearing up topgirl.:) I love savoury mince. Is it a SW recipe or one you've invented? Surprised your library is open on a Sunday. Ours seem to be closed more than open these days.:(
JP, can confirm that tuna is free on EE and it's fine to have a JP any time you like. However, I have a personal theory that it's not OK to eat as much free food as you like on SW. As I see it, if you just have SFs with your meals and then eat loads of free food in between you're messing up the proportion of SF to free food. I always look at my SFs across the day (so I'll let you off b.e.g.;)) so I almost always have none at all at breakfast time, at least a third at lunch and then loads (half at least) at supper time. So if I added in a JP snack I'd want to have some SFs with it. I find pickles are easy here. I always keep jars of cornichons, onions, pickled cabbage and peppers and buy a vacuum pack of beetroot every week.
My DH has got better and better at not offering me synful stuff too. So now he knows I won't have wine during the week and he never offers me any of 'his' biscuits or cakes.
That sounds like a right mess with the lanterns ginvzt. Sorry to hear no progress on the new coat. DD1 round earlier and I was pleased to hear that no new nativity costumes are needed this year. Last year I had to make an outfit for a cockerel and an elephant!!0 -
ginvzt that sounds like a nightmare of a day! Poor you, as long as the kiddies had fun in the end eh? the things we do for them,
Thanks for the tips re late night snacking. Really going to make a conscious effort to break the habit. Making a platter in advance is a great idea, will try that. Eat what is on the platter and that is that, no more.
Done some BM here today, whizzing my new vacuum cleaner around the house, I am sweatingvacuumed the light fittings, skirting and everything
changed the bed as well, all fresh and tidy now.

Hi everyone.. Hope your having a good Sunday x
I'm at work but feeling good as been 100% on track all weekend
I stay up late and the night time munchies have always been my downfall.. Can be on plan all day then go and blow it with silly binges.. That's why I've stayed the same weight for a year!.. Kidding myself I'm on plan as all meals were SW, I just chose to ignore the evening rubbish I was eating
Not sure how or why but after one mega session and feeling mad and disgusted with myself something just clicked in my head and I'm feeling so motivated at the moment.. By no means perfect but am running with that feeling while it lasts :rotfl:
I don't buy crisps anymore.. No self control with those!.. Buy biscuits I don't like, daughter loves fig rolls :silenced: easy as no little ones here.. Daughter takes her choc etc up to her room..
I have my dessert a little later than usual and am finding having a hifi and options hot choc later in the evening is more than enough to satisfy.. Hope that continues!
Meals today.. More fish, not fed up of it yet :rotfl: http://instagram.com/p/vMJUI9GjUb/
I struggle to have a HEA when not having cereal for breakfast.. Drink black coffee.. Can't drink milk on its own and not feeling hungry to want to nibble on cheese
Those meals look fab shala0
