    L. HM soup made with super free veg. Muller light yogurt.
    T. Jacket potato, ham, mushrooms, cheese HXa. Pear, satsuma.

Later during the evening I will have 2 ryvita (1/2 HXb) with 2 LCL cheese triangle (3syns)

It's a bit low on syns so I might have an options later.

The fishy week continues.. Was shopping this afternoon so it was a quick prawn stir fry for tea.. 2 syns used on a tbsp of hoisin then soy sauce garlic and 7-spice.. Very tasty! http://instagram.com/p/vJdG8lGjQ_/

I've got most of the books and use them often :D I don't always follow the recipe exactly as only 2 of us here.. And always add extra SF's to what's stated.. Like to try new dishes and flicking thru often see something new to try.. But agree they aren't really needed as there are so many recipes available online and in the mags ;)

I saw them in Tesco yesterday but didn't want to buy them before I looked up the syns, so thanks for the info, were they good?

Just seen a post earlier this evening on FB in relation to the syns in the heck chicken italia burgers. The person who posted it has contacted SW Head Office to check if they were free and they advised that SWHO said that they are 1 syn each due to the nutritional make up.

I've had a look for them in Tesco this evening but no luck :( Will check another store tomorrow but gonna guess that it'll be a while before we get them. If any other NI peeps spot them please post :)

The burgers are really nice and taste just like the sausages. When I first phoned the SW hotline they said they were free but they have now been changed to 1 syn each but I think they are still worth it as I don't eat much red meat so will def buy them again if they have them in stock

Hi all. Could I please join in? I have lost 7lb over the last two weeks with my local slimming world group, but have fallen off the wagon this week, which is typical of me.

I have promised myself that I will go back to group (another unhelpful behaviour is quitting as soon as I think I'm going to put on weight).

    Catcherupper14 :hello:

    Welcome to the thread :)

Thanks Mildred, having the ham was only because it was there and needed using, so I went for the extra cheese, and have syned the ham. I still had some syns to use today so it didn't put me over.

I have eaten quite a lot of fruit today so hope I havnt had too much fruit sugar, but it was either that or biscuit sugar..... It's been wet and windy here today so havnt been outside much, had a day doing housework instead, lovely clean house now though.

Have a good evening folks. :)

I bought some sugar free sweets from Tesco which it said contained Stevia which I thought was a natural sweetener, however I am sitting here watching Strictly and my tum is making a lot of gurgling and bubbling. Oh no...
