    Evening.

I've eaten far too much today, but I've been genuinely hungry, think going back to work and exercise has caught up with me.

B - Mushroom and pepper omelette and plum tomatoes.

D - 1/2 a SW quiche, salad, banana, Muller light, popcorn.

Snack post exercise: Ham sandwich, cup of speed soup, apple

T - Mushy pea curry packed with extra veg, savoury rice, sw chips.

Within syns and I'm finally full but I can't eat like this!

    Hope you're all well!

    Hi newbies.

Thanks crabapple, I'm back to normal today - well as normal as I ever will be!

"I so very nearly gave into the pizzas or the fresh pasta and sauce with garlic bread but somehow rallied myself and went back to the veggie section for beansprouts etc and ended up making stir fry with chicken and tons of SF mushroom, onion, peppers and noodles."
Oh, kiwi, im in awe of your willpower

Meg, my printer hateds me too

Mumoftwo, I regularly throw stuff in the slow cooker – just use less liquid.

Well, I've been a good girl today:A. I stuck to plan, woo hoo. I had choc digestive (3 syns) for one snack and hexa 2 mini babybels with grapes for the other. So, with fishcake 1 syn and peach & passionfruit fruitopolis (0.5 syns), that's 4.5 syns for the day.

And I have exercised some will power too :A must be all those positive vibes - and mum shouting at me yesterday. DGS brought me a Fry's Cream for looking after him. Then DH brought me another!!!! That's my favourite chocolate bar, and sometimes it's hard to find (just as well, really). We'll see how long I manage to resist them.

    Friday's Menu
    Breakfast: fruit and yogurt
Lunch: hexb sandwich with cold meat and salad, orange
    Snack: chocolate digestive
Dinner: sausage, egg and chips, pickled onions, beetroot

Can anyone tell me how many syns in Quorn Wild Garlic & Parsley sausages? I couldn't get the Linda McC rosemary & red onion ones.
Also how about Tesco Rustic Homestyle Chips?

I'm away for the weekend (Saturday - Monday), so no planning, high risk eating ahead instead.

    Good luck everyone.

Having spent the last few days looking forward to getting back into routine with the kids going back to school, now that they have,I am bored .
    Today:
Snack before brunch:1 mandarine, couple slices apple
    Brunch:bacon,eggs,fried potato,baked beans,followed by 1/2 mango
    Afternoon snack:remainder of mango
    Tea:2 cumberland sausages (1 syn each),SW chips,peas,carrots,SW gravy
    Snack:2 Alpen light bars

I've done my meal plan and shopping list for those days when I'm not eating out next week. Need some quick meals and freezer's looking short of HM ready meals so need to sort that too.

    good morning, :hello:

Had a great swim with DD last night. We were the only ones in the pool apart from a man who only swam for 20 min and was out again. It was bliss, just peaceful swimming up and down, I slept great too.

away to make tuna pasta salad for my lunch at work and throw the ingredients for the beef curry in the slow cooker, I hope it will be good. I bought a WW naan bread, I think it's 6 syns, will check the calories on the packet.

Good luck with the all you can eat restaurant Saver-upper, enjoy it.

Greentiger: Fry's cream chocolate! lovely although very very sweet.

I better move and cook that pasta and chop the veg. Mmm the smell of tuna first thing in the morning......:)

Have a good day, don't be naughty :naughty:

    Morning all.

Hugs TIE, I feel your pain. I think my baby is trying to kill me with sleep deprivation. Wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have to run around after a toddler all day. He gets to nap even after a bad night and I just have to struggle on.

Usual menu here, the rest of the homity pie for dinner. Syns wise I don't know yet. I feel the need for chocolate but will do my best to resist!

    Morning all,

Woke up with a stinking cold this morning, I am determined not to comfort eat, business as usual. My lovely son has brought it back from the Leeds festival.
I'm a bit gutted that I've just been diagnosed with High Cholesterol
I can't believe it as my diet is better than it's ever been. Loads of fruit and veg, really low fat. I'm taking Tegretol though for Trigeminal Neuralgia so maybe that's it. Back at the docs next week.
    Today's Menu

B 2 slices of hovis 400 g hex b with a small tbspn of LF Peanut butter
L frittata with loads of grated veg and beans
D fish new potatoes and salad.
Syns my usual pink and white Jamie's with a small piece of dark chocolate and have a lovely big pineapple to cut up for this evening.

Have a good day all x

    Morning :)

Well done to the losers :T I did a sneaky weigh this morning & have put on a lb!! Hoping that comes off over the next few days or my first weigh-in for the challenge will be a bit embarrassing :o

Crabapple, my eldest DD kept me awake last night, rolling in at 4.30 a.m. this morning after a night out with her work pals. The sleep deprivation continues even when your kids are older!! :D

I made some lentil & veg soup yesterday & had a boiled egg with my lunch to up my protein intake. Feel marginally better today.

I've had my usual breakfast this morning & will have some of the soup as an early lunch, but then I'm off plan for the rest of the day/evening. Just hoping I can jump straight back on the wagon tomorrow.

    Have a lovely day everyone.
