    'morning All,
I can't post a menu plan as I get fed at work and never know what they are going to serve so can't plan it. Today was sweet and sour pork (no idea of syns so will guess 8 as no liquid) on bed of mixed veg and broccoli. Have green veg soup for later if I need it.
Breakfast is usually weetabix with fruit and ff yoghurt and dinner can be whatever is in the fridge, but all SW friendly as I haven't been buying rubbish. Can you see my halo shine?? :rotfl:

Hope you are all doing ok.

    Hi all,
Hi everyone! I've been following SW for a while at home and thought I might pop in here and join you all if that's ok.

Welcome aboard myteeduck and ruby :hello:

Lunch consisted of bacon (3 slices), frylighted eggs (2), tomatoes and loads of mushrooms followed by fruit salad and sweetened ff yogurt.

We are going to give the homity pie a go later - must remember to pick some frozen peas up when I am out and about.

Just having a cuppa now and will do a little bit of cross stitch till its time for DH to go for blood tests.

Catch up with you all later.

Lol beanie if you were here you wouldn't thinkI am quiet have been swearing like a trooper. I started off bright an early this morning got my jobs done had a good breakfast and settle down to finish off some of the stuff I am doing for GDGs Christmas fair in aid of childrens home in Peru that she is visiting next year.

All went well until I wanted to print off some labels and the printer went offline, 3 hours later after I had uninstalled and reinstalled
to get it working the ink cartridges ran out and the printer wouldn't recognise the ones I had, cheap compatable ones, so another couple of hours fiddling and faffing to get going again.
Did my labels and then thought I would come on here and post some pics and photobucket only lets me post the link not the photo. I cant figure out why, its always worked in the past.

Anyway have been too busy to munch so that's all good.

I wonder does loud swearing count as BM :rotfl:

Hugs to those with gains. Well done on the loss tweets.

    Welcome myteeduck and ruby.

Homity pie constructed and ready for the oven cooking a bit later. I used red onions (the recipe didn't specify but the picture suggests they used white) cos I can only just about chop red without bursting into tears! House smells lovely so I can only hope it tastes as good as it smells.

Very unusual meal for me as I don't normally follow recipes!
