Extra snacks if I need them... seafood sticks nom nom

are they good? I keep looking at them in the supermarket but the ingredients list and description makes them sound a bit unappetising but do you all like them?

Watched the bake off and had an overwhelming urge to munch, lol. I ate a bowl of Muller light banana and custard yoghurt with banana and blueberries thrown in instead :A (and 5 Wispa bites) I have plenty of syns left so I am not even going to feel guilty about it.

Hope you are all ok this evening

p.s. did I read somewhere here today, someone asking about posting pictures of dishes? I can't find it, I am tired. But just to say, I am up for it, I love looking at other people's food and take lots of my food (my sister and I have a thing about posting our cooking/baking/packed lunches on facebook:D

I think they're one of those things, that you'll either love or hate, I've been eating them since I was a kid and am a very seafoody person anyway - I absolutely love them and could easily eat half a packet in one go, but I know other people that loathe them... try them and if you don't like them - send me the rest!! ;)

glad to hear you are well mrs r :D

thanks to whoever posted (sorry I cant remember who it was) that they'd made a milky coffee and added a sachet of hot chocolate to it to get a mocha. Well I still had all of my milk allowance and could afford a couple of syns for the hot chocolate and I must say it was quite pleasant. Thought of adding a little cap full of brandy but thought that would be :naughty: Might try and remember that for when the cold winter nights arrive ;)

Return to work is eating up all my time! Just hope it eats some of these lbs too...

B - Mushroom omelette and plum tomatoes

D - SW quiche, salad, popcorn (2.5 syns) and a banana.

T - Mushy pea curry with cod, peppers, onions and mushrooms in with SW chips, savoury rice and carrot sticks.

Also had an apple and 2 Alpen Lights. And three little Wonka gobstoppers from a box I bought Top Boy from the pound shop. The bad news is they don't work ;) the good news is at 9 for 60 cals, 3 is 1 syn and they lasted a while :)

BM - 30 minutes walking, 30 minutes exercise bike :)

    HEXA - Milk/cheese
    HEXB - Alpen Lights

lush is at her new caravan this week I think.

Hope you don't mind me saying but you're very short on SFs today. Only the raw carrot and grapes count and you've had too many HEBs to call it Green.:(

mumoftwo, forget what I said about the sausages. It's on Green (not Red) that you can't have sausages as a HEB.:o On Red they just count as whatever syns they do on EE. Sorry if I deprived you of HEXs.

Thanks for the pic of your meal meg, looks yummy. I'll have to learn some computer skills if I'm going to do that. Great idea though.
  • That looks yummy Meg, I may have drooled a bit! :D

Is the recipe from the website?

    .

Thanks maman.Lack of SF's may explain why I had a huge urge to devour chocolate tea cakes this afternoon.I am doing EE.Just wondering, where are the excess HEB's?The only HEB's I can think of are the 2 Alpen Light bars.Is that not 1 HEB? If not, another 3 syns to the tally today :o

    Ten minutes later...........

    Ooooooooohhhhhhhh!!!
    Well,everyday is a school day!!
Have just had a look at the front page, and that ALDI bar I had is a HEB !!I thought it was just pure syns :o:o.
Is that what you were referring to,maman? If so,thank you.
Because I have only been shopping in ALDI for a couple of weeks, today is the first time I have tried one.Didn't realise they were actually good for me :rotfl::rotfl:.
