I don't think sausages count as meat on a Red day. They'd have to be synned. I looked at HEXs on line but no meat was listed, but I'm sure meat (but not meat products) does count as HEB.

OH !!!!!!! Thanks for telling me. I'll just make it an EE day. Not had my Heb yet, I've had plenty of veg and fruit and some milk in a coffee so all good, phew, disaster averted.

That's brilliant. Its really hard when veg causes you problems. But so worth persevering!:)

Thanks so much Maman, this has been quite, weirdly traumatic for me, My tummy hurts so much when it's bad that I was really reluctant to try, but I knew I had to, as I'm not fitting in any of my jeans (LOL) and being heavy(ier) is not going to help anything!

    Really appreciate the support :T

Thanks mumoftwo and b-e-g. Sorrow mum, I didn't hear you shouting at me until I'd also eaten a dairy milk, which DH brought me. I am a real dumpling. Feeling much better now, though - don't know if that's thanks to the choc or to time and painkillers, lol.

Anyway, I'll be back to my usual weak willed self tomorrow, and here's the plan -
Breakfast:French hexb toast & fruit of some description (I'll pass on my usual maple syrup as a way of trying to claw back some syns)
Lunch: HM veg soup, peach & passionfruit fruitopolis (0.5 syn)
    Snack: choc digestive
Dinner: salmon fishcakes, assorted veg, beetroot
Snack: hexa 2 mini babybel & grapes

    Night all.

Thankyou for all the replies. I used to scan the barcode of the milk I used to get the calories. I did the same with the skimmed milk powder, I added a tablespoon for thickening. Will ask at class tomorrow. Thankyou for the welcome.
