    Morning,

Ended up at the hospital with DD late last night to get checked out (she has a congenital condition) and didn't get back till 1am. And back to the out patient clinic again this morning. Now this where I usually start munching, out of worry, frustration etc. But I am determined I am going to break this cycle. Apologies in advance if I'm posting a lot, I really NEED and WANT to stay on track. I told myself that stuffing random food in my face is not making me feel better or change anything, so I need to deal with stress in a different way.

So, just had a large coffee with skimmed milk, off to the hospital (could be a while) I have an Alpen bar in my bag so I don't have to buy chocolate or crips at the hospital shop. Will have proper food when I get back.

Have a good eating day. x

Well done mumoftwo for not caving in, and as Lantanna has already said, post all you want, it really helps.

WI today ( a few days earlier than normal), and yet again its a STS for the chart Shala. Been really good this week, but as Beanie says, I will keep plodding.

    EE Menu:

B: GF flakes with BD milk. Tea with LF milk.
L: Speed soup. Banana. Tea with LF milk. 2 GF chocolate fingers (4)
D: Enchiladas(just the filling no wrap, 5 syns for cheese), SW roasties, sweetcorn & green beans. Pineapple. Tea with LF milk.

    BM: Callanetics 1 hr
S: Cocoa with splash BD milk. Freddo (5)

Stocked up on 5% mince in Sainsbugs yesterday, does that mean it is syn free? I still have two packs of the other mince to use up but looking forward to having a few syns spare for other things.

Away tomorrow until Sunday. We are staying in a caravan. I have got instant porridge for 2 mornings (this was before I realised they had syns in), the 3rd morning I will just nick some of OH porridge. For evenings I have Batchelors Deli boxes and alpen light bars. I will be taking loads of fruit to snack on. I expect we will have lunch out but am hoping to get something like JP or salad. So hopefully very little damage will be done.

No problem how often you post. Sometimes just having something in your bag is enough to stop you feeling hungry and don't confuse hungry with thirsty either.

I was wondering too lantanna. if you're lurking MrsR.

Whatever you do while LO's at nursery mildredd make sure it doesn't involve off plan eating!!

I'm sure you'll be fine with SC in the caravan mim, hope you can find suitable restaurants/cafes when you're eating out.

    My EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
    L: LO chicken casserole
    D: SW Bolognese
Syns: squirt of syrup, scrape of parmesan

Unfortunately my hairdryer gave up on me this morning so I'll have to go out and get another. May not be in at lunchtime so menu might change.
  • This week I am gutting bedrooms - too much clutter
Next week I am joining the gym :/ aiming to work out twice a week and maybe swim once a week plus a couple of sessions a week with mini me in the pool so throwing her around and lifting her in and out the pool - should count as bm ;)

Time is dragging :/ never left her with anyone outside my close family :/

How is everyone doing on this Wednesday?
