Ha ha, frogga. I thought I recognised your technique - I had much the same job before I retired - that's why I am so much calmer now!

Well my supper turned out to be 2 cream crackers (4 syns) with 1 laughing cow light triangle (1.5 syns) and tomato. And after dinner I had a lovely fruit salad (mango, strawberries, brambles, raspberries, grapes and melon) with Total 0% fat Greek yogurt.
So my total was 9 syns today. :D

    Wednesday's menu
Breakfast: bacon butty (hexb), with tomatoes
Lunch: part hexa cheesy beans jacket, lettuce, tomatoes, spring onion, cucumber
    Snack: chocolate digestive (3 syns)
Dinner: cottage pie, sugar snap peas, carrots followed by fruit salad with Total 0% fat Greek yogurt
Snack: part hexa milk with banana

    Good luck everyone.

Morning All, especially the very intelligent Shala Moo :)

Couldn't sleep either TIE as I'm dreading today. I thought I was gonna win the lotto this holiday so I wouldn't have to go back to school. But I didn't. I'd even cleaned out my locker and my desk so I had no reason to go back in. I was convinced. Bummer.

PD day today. We'll be doing all about Safe Guarding too as is the custom and then hearing how badly our GCSE results were as the Head was the only one not to publish in the local press. That speaks volumes.

On a positive note, I made my healthy lunch, and snacks, so here we go for another half term...

  • Morning all

Feeling really great this morning. Had a lovely walk with the dog and am enjoying the cooler weather as I am sleeping better - long may it last!

    Menu for today:

    B - Fruit and optional sultana bran (HEX A & B)
L - Ham and egg salad
D- Meatballs in tomato sauce with pasta. Might turn this into a bake as it appears to go further. I'l be adding carrot, onion, mushroom, pepper and leek to the sauce to make it really healthy.

Snacks - Yoghurt and an orange.

Drinks - Tea, coffee and water (have discovered I quite like peppermint tea in the afternoon).

    Holiday day has arrived :j

    0.5lb off please shala

Being ill seems to have counteracted the sheer naughtiness of Sunday! Saying that would have rather not been ill!

    See you all next week.

b-e-g ha ha cheesy fridge soup is just soup made with whatever veg I have left in the fridge that's a bit wrinkly/close to being binned plus any odd leftovers; in this case I stirred in the rind from a piece of parmesan. It was very tasty. Very MSE lol.

    Sounds very tasty greentiger. :)

I was the only shiny winner tonight (apart from SOTW which was at the end) so got asked what I'd been doing as an example to the new joiners . I said I'd stopped ringing Dominos...

1st day back and I have felt so ill :(. I haven't slept well for several weeks now and last night was particularly bad. The 1st part of the morning wasnt too bad, spent doing safe guarding training. Had a banana at break and it all went down hill from then [bananas now off the menu]. Felt too unwell to eat lunch but struggled on as we had other training for a disabled child that starts this week. Was so glad to get home though.

Hope you're feeling better today TIE

  • Hi everyone :)

I've been MIA as I've been feeling really poorly. Tried to stick to SW but made some major mistakes (guessing syns, not enough Superfree, missing breakfast.... ) And I only lost half a pound. I only have half a pound left to get that 1 stone award!! So starting over.

Hope you're feeling better too Rosie :)

Thanks for the words of encouragement Maman! As always your a calming influence :)

To motivate myself I have all my stickers on the fridge. Quite impressive the line of them up to 6.7 stone. One more to go!!

Didn't feel like that CK Mills class did much for me but I am guessing it did as my belly and legs are sore lol.

Had to order a suit for my interview. Really hope it fits when it arrives tomorrow. The last time I had a suit on it was a size 16 and prior to that a Size 20.

I can't wait to get the line drawn and just practice being one size forever and get the wardrobe filled!! Thank goodness for the catalogue and its interest fee pay off or I'd be going in a bin bag lol.

Weigh in tomorrow - don't feel like I've lost the week at all although I have been pretty good.

Oh Mildredd I need to find those crisps - 3.5 syns sounds great.

I'm concerned for Mrs Ryans welfare lol? Are you still there chum??

Shala - Take no notice you are a Chart Master!!

Frogga - Behave yourself now - stay with us:rotfl:

I can't believe that it is Wednesday and I still have so much to get through this week!!
