Goodness me there are a lot of very childish people on here playing about with font sizes. I myself would never do anything so childish. It's about time some of you just
    grow up
    and stop
    messing about
this is a serious thread with grown up serious people who read newspapers and drink wine and eat dark chocolate and all sorts of other grown up stuff so let's have a little more decorum please or I'm
    not playing anymore !

So I managed to get through day 1. No binges. Phew. Here we go on Day 2 then.

Oh and Mildredd, don't call me 'Greenie'! That's what all the boys at school call the phlegmy snot they cough up and spit at people! Charming!

Not looking forward to going back tomorrow either TIE. I thought I might win the lotto this holiday. But no such luck.

Jesus frogga if they cough up green phlegmy snot they need to see a Doctor, when I was at school greenies were bogeys out of their nose that they flicked at you, got one in my hair once and screamed the place down :rotfl:

    Hi All

After this weekend I am drawing a huge line, I need to but its not many 90th birthday parties you get to attend.

Blimey Shelly Belly you don't look 90 mate! You've aged so well ;)

I too am often complimented on my youthful complexion, but then like I always say, you don't get wrinkles on a balloon :)

Times have changed Meggy, the boys at my school are professional phlegm spitters, they hoick it up from the deep pits, and yes, I too have been christened from the balcony. I nearly croaked (shocked smiley)!

Thanks for the welcomes everyone. Great losses so far.
My first week was not too bad, I lost 2.5 lbs. Gave a food diary to the group leader, so will wait for feedback on that.
The homity pie looks lovely, must give it a try but not tonight as have to work late.

Great loss Minihauk :T. Just printed off the homity pie - going to try and slip it in somewhere through the week.

    Welcome MupElle
