That's it, Shala's rubbish, sack 'er! Rubbish and offensive! If you can't do the chart properly for heavens sake give it to someone who can! How will we trust that I'm the winner? Pay attention Shala, first and final warning.

There that told 'er Green Tiger. None of this nicely nicely 'thanks for doing the chart' malarkey. Can you tell that I work with vulnerable and difficult youngsters? I have a way of motivating them you see...

1st day back and I have felt so ill :(. I haven't slept well for several weeks now and last night was particularly bad. The 1st part of the morning wasnt too bad, spent doing safe guarding training. Had a banana at break and it all went down hill from then [bananas now off the menu]. Felt too unwell to eat lunch but struggled on as we had other training for a disabled child that starts this week. Was so glad to get home though.

    Food;
    B - RB, honey [2], coffee
    S - banana
    L - nothing :o
T - GF pasta, toms, cue, pea shoots, b/egg, mustard mayo [4]
    S - lo pasta, tom sauce [2]
    HEA - milk
    HEB - RB
    Syns - 8

Tummy hurty, exhausted and ready for bed :o
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

  • Hi everyone :)

I've been MIA as I've been feeling really poorly. Tried to stick to SW but made some major mistakes (guessing syns, not enough Superfree, missing breakfast.... ) And I only lost half a pound. I only have half a pound left to get that 1 stone award!! So starting over.

    ______________________________________________

I bought some blue glass pebbles from ebay to help motivate me, whenever I lose a pound, I'll put one in another jar. I've already lost 13.5 lb since joining a few weeks ago so I'll have a nice head start :D

Really glad I went to group instead of sitting home moping. It was very encouraging. Love the new magazine too!

    Today's EE menu:

Breakfast: missed it again. I'll make an effort tomorrow.
Lunch: banana, spaghetti hoops on toast (HEB)
Snack: hifi light (3), pear, Pepsi Max
Dinner: tomato, onion and herb pasta and sauce, Iceland spicy bean burger (3), green beans.
Snack: aldi plain choc digestive (4)

    Syns: 10

BM: half an hour walking workout (2 miles)
