Well i'm on staycation from work now for a week so I can't promise we won't be going out to eat on some days, just to make it feel like we're on holiday, but i'll try and be on plan where I can
Mildredd - that's some good BM everyday :T
Meant to say - did anyone watch the new Jamie programme the other day - he made a burger with bacon and cheese, and then dipped the buns in the bacon fat  then he made macaroni cheese with 3 different types of cheese!! the amount of saturated fat/calories in both of those dishes must have been horrendous! Definitely not one for SW!Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

I got weighed this morning (I know I shouldn't have done it) and haven't lost anything. I know its only 3 days in, but Ive been really goodThe only thing Im worrying about is my healthy B's. Im doing the green plan as Im veggie, and Im struggling to eat them. I started having porridge 30g to use one up, but Im worried that its stopping me losing. Im trying to avoid wheat as it gives me a bad stomach, so other than rice crispies, there isn't a lot of option.
Does anyone else find this? Is porridge ok? heeeeelllllllppppppp xx
You can have 35g porridge oats (unflavoured) as a HEB. There are some other cereals you could have that are gluten free and you can have 35g GF cereal as a HEB.
I sometimes have 5 x Real Foods Corn thins, original and these are GF or you can have 4 plain rice cakesOfficially debt free :j0 -

Sneaking in the back door after being awol from the thread whilst on holiday and then settling back in to the routine of kids back to school. I gained 5lbs whilst on holiday
, but have been 100% back on track since weigh in on Tuesday.
I had the after dinner mint mullerlight the other day. It was fab! I'm not a big fan of the actual sweets as I find the chocolate too dark, but I really enjoyed the yogurt. It was milder, like mint aero. Yummy! XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

I don't think the cappuccino will be available now as think the mint has replaced that flavour. I had ordered cappuccino mullers on my Mr T order and these were exchanged in my basket for the mint yogurtsOfficially debt free :j0
