I'm loving the photos so thanks both of you (don't worry about the egg meg, you should see my frittata 'hash'). I'm another that's queuing up for the nephew. My computer's never been the same since I got Windows8 and I need lessons on how to post photos!
I looked up chocolate digestives and Sainsbury's Basics are 3.5 and Co-op 'Free From' are just 2.5 each. No idea what they're like but for those who like a biscuit, got to be worth a try.
Far too many wine syns for me today but otherwise quite healthy.
EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena, baked beans, HEB toast
L: skinny lattebaked fish, roasted veg (mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, red onions) new potatoes
Syns: scrape of spread, wine:(0 -
Thanks for recipe, matron, and thanks meg for the tweaks info.
MupElle, I was impressed with your fridgey goodness!
Maman, thanks for choc digestive info. No Sainsbury nearby, but there’s a coop in the nearest town, so next time I’m there I’ll get some - just for a taste test, of course
I'm off for the weekend now, but I'll be keeping an eye on you. I'll do the "straying off plan" for all of us, so you lot will be perfect SWers. "Yes, greentiger," I hear you say - don't I?Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
Morning all
Can any of you lovely people advise me on any nice recipes for cold things I can make on weekend and store/freeze to take for lunches? I do Green and I am Vegetarian. I tend to have eggs for breakfast so don't have them for lunch.
In my new job we don't have a microwave (yet! one is on order apparently) so whereas in old job I would have taken soups or leftover meals I can't do that. So I've been taking a big salad with either pasta, rice, couscous, new potatoes. This is getting a bit boring plus I'm only losing half a pound per week, and my consultant said try cutting down on carbs the day before I way (she said this was her advice not SW as obviously carbs are free on green, but to experiment).
I am going to attempt the SW falafels this weekeng but wondered if there was anything else filling people can recommend.
Thanks in advance.* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *

Oh Meg, you're making me feel bad! That breakfast does not compare to the branflakes I just ate, and I was just thinking before I came on that I don't know what I'm eating for the rest of the day!
To be honest it'll probably be a roll and salad for lunch. Dinner I'll make something with whatever veg I've got in the fridge. There's plenty there I'm pretty sure so likely to do something to go with pasta.
I've finally manned up and told my mum I'm doing SW. Can't really explain why I didn't want to tell people! I had an idea she had stopped going as it looked to me like she was putting a bit of weight back on, and she wasn't eating SW although she does go swimming almost every day now.
She said she wants to start back on it but will do it herself with the diet because she found the meetings were too hard. She has some age related hearing loss and although she has a hearing aid it doesn't really help her in big rooms with echo and she was pretty much hearing none of the meeting so it was a waste of time.
So the plus is that she may start eating SW again which would be really good! Her diet is definitely better than it was but there's definitely been some off-plan meals.
Typical of my mum though, she didn't once ask how I was getting on with SW, just told me what she'd been doing. Reminds me of when I was about 8 months pregnant with my little boy and had a chest and sinus infection and had to go on antibiotics - she couldn't stop banging on about the cold she had :rotfl::heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

I wanted to ask you lovlies, how have you dealt with setting and/or calling target?
I set one in my book which will get me nicely into the healthy weight bmi range. I'm working to one half a stone lighter on the website because I'd kind of like that, but I don't know if it's realistic! Haven't set one down at the bottom of range as I know that's not feasible with my shape.
Do I just keep plodding and see how I go? Adjust things closer to the time? (Around 3 stone away from the lower one anyway!).
I can't remember ever being those weights. Certainly it's been a very long time. I think in my early 20's I was fairly slim at least for me but I didn't feel it and don't know what I weighed then.:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls
