Crabapple – that’s less than I thought for such deliciousness. Oh I used to love Fry’s five centres! Can’t believe it’s been awol for so long!

Matron – Did I miss out on a syn free lemon curd recipe? Can you direct me to it, please?

Mum – oooh, those Fry’s creams are sneaking in everywhere. Wonder how that happened?

MupElle – what a good person you are! :A

"Meant to say - did anyone watch the new Jamie programme the other day - he made a burger with bacon and cheese, and then dipped the buns in the bacon fat then he made macaroni cheese with 3 different types of cheese!! the amount of saturated fat/calories in both of those dishes must have been horrendous! Definitely not one for SW!"

But, Shala,I bet it’d taste great!

I has salmon cooked in halogen & beans and mangetout.

Going to try the after eight muller soon.
I just love my Halogen, saves a fortune by not putting the big oven on, my favourite is strips of chicken breast, mushrooms .
onion, some tinned potatoes and halved cherry tomatoes. seasoned with soy sauce, wrapped in foil and into halogen for 15 mins. lovely.

Works just as well and cheaper with fat free natural yogurt instead of quark, also I just whisk everything together at the start. I found 3 tbs sweetner too much only use one.
