  • Ooooh I loved those. Five centres or something like that they were called. I liked the pineapple flavoured bit best.
Tooth feeling much better now after a salty rinse. Thanks for the sympathy.
Got all the ingredients for syn free lemon curd so might make that and have some toast as my B choice tonight for supper.
  • At WI last night I am -2lb this week!

Sorry I do not post much but I do lurk from time to time to read all the posts and get good ideas! :) See you soon x

Did this work (photo wise?) If it did you need an [ IMG ] tag at the beginning of the photo url and an [ / IMG ] and you need to choose the sharing option on photobucket that says IMG CODES...

EDIT: That's what you need to do just choose the option that says img codes on photobucket and paste it into the message box. It'll only work if you choose the one that says img codes :) xx :)

Hopefully I can delete this post if it doesn't work lol :D:D :j

Crabapple- I sympathise with the sleep deprivation: been there, done that. Toddler and baby, hard work. Now 18 and 20 and coming in at 3am or DD can't sleep and she'll go downstairs for a snack, wakening me up as I hear her go down the stairs.

Thanks, I want a Fry's cream bar now
Thanks for the recipe kiwisaver, it sounds nice

The beef curry (recipe from magazine) turned out great, it was lovely, full now. Better get the washing up done

Shopping just delivered BEAUTIFUL SW friendly, jam packed fridge :D (ignore the sausage rolls, they're not mine ahem ;) )

    20140905_175321_zps68547932.jpg

    So today....

Breakfast: Marmite & flora on toast (1)
Lunch: Cous Cous with prawns & chicken and veg stuff
Snack: 3 corn thins stuffed in my gob really quickly to stop me eating anything else and some grapes (actual fruit :O ) (3)
Dinner: Pork mince chilli with loads of veggies, corn on the cob, rice and salad (and maybe a sprinkling of sunflower seeds, when I've looked up if they're worth it on the syns calculator) .
Snack: half a finger of fudge!! (3) I've been waiting all week for that beauty :D and maybe a ML toffee if I fancy it....

    HAPPY WEEKEND PEOPLE :D

Edit: I did NOT have the sunflower seeds :O :O 7.5 syns, they're not that good!!! It's sort of weird and annoying when something healthy is a syn.

As far as I understand, you can have any, that are just plain muller light, not greek muller light, layered or cornered, so if it says mullerlight strawberry yes, mullerlight layered strawberry syns.

I'm not a massive yoghurty person either (LOL) but I LOOOOOVE the toffee and feel like I've had a treat when I've had one, and I believe they have a new after dinner mint one :O :O that is also syn free, there's also a vanilla with dark chocolate (but i couldn't really taste the chocolate).... toffee all the way for me :D :T
