Had W.I. this afternoon and happy to report a 2.5lb loss
TBH I would have understood if I had a sts as i really didn't hold back the weekend while away and now that I got the loss I am happy as I did try hard when i came back. Onwards and downwards

Sorry I have been MIA action again been rushed off my feet.

I did intend to come online yesterday after the fireworks but my little boy was poorly and was sick all over his bed, poor little mite. He seems okay now fingers crossed. He was asleep when he was sick and I heard him choking on it, so I spent the night sleeping on his bedroom floor. First time he has been poorly so I am a bit freaked out.

It was weighing in day yesterday. 3.6lb off

Finally got in to the 16 stones - just but I am there!

    EE today

Breakfast - 2 x benefit light bars and a banana
Lunch - apple, jacket pot with cottage cheese
tea - sw chips, chilli con carne with veg in, rice with veg, 0% fat youghurt

    Syns - chocolate 15

Decided we need a desert, so made key lime pie variation.... I used digestive biscuits and a bit of butter to bind them, which has not worked, way too little butter used for that. I used fat free quark and fat free yogurt for the top, gelatine, lemon jelly powder, zest and juice of three limes and one lemon. It isAnd used the stevia granulated sweetener. It is not overly bad, but far from good - it is a bit bitter from the zest I think, although I was careful when grating it. I think it would be 16 slices, and I would say 5 syns per slice. If only it was not bitter!!!!!

Oooooh, key lime pie is my favourite pud, Ginvzt! You have inspired me to try your recipe, but I might try a bit more sweetener if it was bitter. I do quite like the sharpness of lime tho so good excuse to make loads and experiment with it!!

Well done on some great losses, folks - really inspirational.

I am just trying to take it slow and steady; the idea of losing for Christmas only to have put it all back on, and then have to start again fills me with despair, ( done it so many times I could weep) so I am really trying for a change in eating habits forever and will just try to be moderate and take Christmas in my stride!
  • Some great losses in here tonight. Well done tzzyb and lordduke :)

My food today started as plans but then DH suggested getting a chinese and I was powerless to resist! I wasn't too bad though - had about 1/3 portion chicken chow mein, 1/3 portion beef in black bean sauce and 1/3 portion fried rice, which I calculate at around 9 syns, bringing my days total to 14.5.
