    Thank you Beanie – Exactly!!
Michcity – Saw your chilli with broccoli on Instagram – looked amazing, think I’ll make that this week : ) :A
Blueeyedgirl – Yes its annoying isn’t it – people forget that we too are only human, just coz we have had success doesn’t mean that its is any easier for us!! Than anybody else. People always say to me I suppose you’ve 3 off this week – eh no I flipping don’t - haven’t seen a 3lber in a long time !!!!!! lol.
Greentiger – we are both fishy without much effort lol
Maman - I have a good social life and I enjoy it but it's oh so hard to keep on plan at the same time. Couldn’t have said it better myself ! But then it is important to have a life :D too isn’t it! If you can master this - you've won in my eyes!
Thanks Shala - I’m going to go – see where I am, face the scales and run as such. I need to know where I am! Lidl have Celery on at 39 p this week so I am making celery soup on Sunday and that will give me a helping hand this week. I love it its my fave!! I have the cold too and pulled muscles in my shoulder / neck - but hey we will battle on love !!

Mumoftwo – you should feel proud of yourself – do a little victory dance!!!! Please :j

Ginvt -It actually looks sunny outside - so maybe I should be brave and get out for a bit of a run?.. Feeling very cosy on the sofa under the blanket though....
You enjoy that good weather you want to see the state of it here:( – the sandbags are out in Belfast for the flooding!! lol:eek:

I've had one of those 'could have been worse' days!

SW breakfast (A Shreddies with B milk) and light supper of JP with cottage cheese, spring onion and beetroot. We had a lovely forest walk this morning and ended with pub lunch. Had a small glass of wine and quiche with salad. Quiche was obviously home made and delicious, lots of filling and not much pastry. Ate far too much coleslaw.:o

Tomorrow we're going to see Mr Turner. DH suggested that as my meal plan has been very messed up this week (ended up having Thursday's dinner on Tuesday when in laws came unexpectedly) we could go out for a meal after the cinema.

I have a good social life and I enjoy it but it's oh so hard to keep on plan at the same time.

Oh well, moan over. I'm not feeling fat so hoping for the best.:D

Sounds like you're trying hard to fit the plan into your weekend too lush.

minted, I'm 5ft 9 and I've stayed in my target range around 10 st 7 for just over 3 years. It can be done!;) I'd suggest just aiming for small targets as you go along and just keep the 10st 7 in the back of your mind for when you get closer.

I love the idea of eating fish all week but the cost and DH's preferences put me off. DH doesn't like salmon or seafood and I CBA to make two lots of meals. I might get some prawns to have with JPs for lunches. I buy the cheap(er) frozen fish too and it's tasty enough but what I really enjoy is a big ,thick piece of smoked cod or haddock loin. At £15-£20 per kg that's a lot to spend.:(

:TWell done to all the losers and good look for those with Thursday WI.

    Good Morning :)

Cold and frosty this morning :(

I am 5ft 9 maman and have just noted this well done :T:T:T. Can I ask what size clothes you are now please ? :D

My WI is this afternoon 3pm ;)

Hope you had a nice run ginvzt, I'm sat cosy on the couch looking at the rain with a cup of rooibos tea. Had mushroom omelette for brekkie, needed something warm.

Good luck for tonight's WI Lantanna,

Joedenise, you must be sick of popcorn by now, :D

Going to make leek and potato soup, with this weather I really need hot comfort food.

In my group, someone brought a cottage pie with cheese on - that went down well. There was a lasagne as well, a few people brought different types of soup - these weren't really touched.

There was the usual sweet stuff, truffles, Mikado and various other buns and low syn chocolate items.

In my group things like curry etc always go down well and the sweet stuff - there is always a lot of waste at the end of it though so don't take too much!!

I'm working my way thru that fishy week thread on minimins.. Very tempted to give it a go as it's WI today and my scales saying I might be lucky with a 1lb loss.. Think anything to give a bit of a change won't hurt!

Not a salmon fan but thinking I could manage it mixed in scrambled egg for a brekkie or lunch.. Daft question but what would be the best to buy for that.. The thin cut raw stuff or one you can flake into it?

Did a couple of crust less quiches for last taster, not a crumb left.. Onion bhajis, pakoras, falafels, mini quiches usually go down well too ;)

Postie has just brought a nice delivery.. 3 packs of caramel Hifi's and £25 love to shop vouchers I won from SW on Instagram by posting a pic of a meal I made from the new Xmas book :j

Mumoftwo - you're right I am getting fed up with popcorn! But didn't have any last night had a glass of red instead - much nicer, LOL. It was already open from making the beef bourgignon so made sense to DH to finish off.

Went to WI this morning but didn't stay as have to take DH to a hospital appointment at lunchtime. I lost a measly 0.5lb! Still better than putting on.

Must dash need to pick up DH shortly if we're to get to the hospital on time.

    EE Menu

B: Rice Krispies & BD milk. Tea with milk.
L: Pasta with seafood sauce. Forest fruits. Tea with milk.
D: Campfire Stew & J. Pot. Tea with milk.

    S: DF choc (2), Cocoa
BM: Situps (can't manage full Callanetics far too tired & had a migraine last night).

Campfire stew went down a treat OH really liked it.

Baking day today so must try not to taste too much. OH has requested Samosa's to take into work. They are very time consuming so doing it in 2/3 stages. Making the pastry this morning, and then making a cake for FIL and some mini muffins to take to dance social on Saturday.
