    Morning,

    Clootie dumplings mmmm

Thank you for all the welcomes. Yesterday I had 7 syns so not so bad, mind you we were looking after Granddaughter for a few hours so no time to eat!

    Today I will have:

B Branflakes, milk and sultanas (4 syns) hex a and hex b
L Boiled egg and small toast (3 syns)
D Fish, potatoes and veg, free yoghurt

Snacks are fruit or Muller lite and drinks are mostly peppermint tea.

Looking after Granddaughter again this morning so I'd better be off. Have a good day everyone.

Shala, can you put my result for this week (i posted it yesterday) of 2.5lb loss, please...

Well, the day did not start nice - came to work and as usual get my breakfast and a tea and my mug is gone!!!!!!! I have a huge, probably pint sized if not more mug I brought to work as I hate small cups of tea, and a colleage took it this morning!!!!! It is silly, but it is MY MUG!!!!!!!!! Needless to say, won't be putting it in the dishwasher again overnight. I have been here for 5 months and in that time no one else took it, this is the first morning it is not waiting for me.

I also have my performance review in half an hour, and I am really worried, as in those 5 months I had barely any work!!!!!!

Made a btach of speed soup last night, so will be libing on it for the next week probably!

    Menu for today:

    B: Porridge
    L: Quark bake with yogurt
    D: Pasta and/or soup

I was throwing so much fruit away it was unreal so just get some bananas and a pineapple in aldi.. used to be lazy and get it chopped and prepared in tesco but cut backs had to be made.. just need to get one of those cutters as its such a pain to chop up a full one ;)

I rummage in the reduced section if in tesco / asda for blueberries on offer and thats about it.. ;)

The pineapple cutters are great I got mine because problems with my hands has made using knives difficult if not dangerous, I bought a plastic one but it wasn't very good and then bought one of these which is really good.

Sorry i must have missed that one - i'm only kind of skim reading at the moment because i'm doing some long shifts at work..

I hate it when people use your stuff..always used to have my spoon used so i bought a cheap set of cutlery from Argos to put in the drawer at work for everyone to use - now that's all disappeared and my spoon has too!!!

Good luck in your meeting, hope it's a positive outcome.

Right so i'm a bit out of sorts today so not really sure how to work out what plan i'm on, had to just grab some food and very tired so couldn't think at 6 this morning.. :(

    B - banana, yogurt, alpen (3)
L - apple, ryvita crunch x4, cheese hea, HEb +6??
T - mash, HM meatballs, carrots, cabbage, gravy (2)
    S - crisps (4) satsuma
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

  • Did my weigh in after missing last week due to holiday, 6lbs off!!

I was also slimmer of the month but missed out on the fridge magnet by not being there last week but got the sticker. Missed out on SOTW as I didn't get weighed last week, annoyed as I could have gone to a random group on holiday.

No problem! My meeting has been postponed until this afternoon....

We have loads of mugs, spoons, plates, everything really... I can see my mug sitting on the colleague's desk as her office is directly across the corridor from mine and we have glass doors! So, if I turn my head I can see my mug with 'Hot Chocolate' written around it sitting on her desk. From today on, it is not going in dishwasher and is sitting either on my desk or in my cupboard!!!!! (Sorry, still fuming... But have no courage to go and ask for it back, especially as I do not speak German!!!!)

Today seems like a better day. :T to all those with losses.

I don't see any meat or fish wiz, so this could easily be a Green day. So have another toastie!!;)

Wiz - Agree with Maman it looks like a Green day but don't have another toastie as suggested as I noticed you have your 2nd A/B as Cheerios and Milk for supper!

Enjoyed my fish pasta bake last night and was hoping to have some left over for my lunch today but unfortunately only enough for one so DH has taken to work for his lunch. Which means I've had to have a rethink about what to have today:

    B - bacon & mushroom omlette
L - baked beans on toast; banana & satsuma
D - Beef & veg stew (from freezer); mashed potatoes

HEA will be milk in teas as usual
HEB will be toast at lunchtime

Not sure on syns yet but still have plenty of popcorn left, LOL! I've got 9 syns left out of my weekly 105 so will probably have 25g of popcorn and a fruit split lolly for 7.5 syns in total.

Off to get my breakfast now and then make a beef bourgignon for tomorrow night's dinner (it's much better reheated) - I really hate having to peel those little shallots but it's not a bourgignon without them!

Well done to all the losers and good luck to today's weighers.

Welcome boredjellybean, blinkered and cydney :)

Congrats on the losses ginvt, greentiger, Annie and jock :T

Huge Congratulations to our Miss Slinky's mildredd and Annie :j

After a night of being woken up by baby so often that I didn't get any chunk of sleep approaching 2 hours (not sure of total but I'm rubbish if I don't get some decent chunks) I have also woken up with a cold :(

Going to try very hard not to veer off plan this week though as I want a nicer loss and I know I could have done better the last 3 weeks. Today has started with a slice of toast with reduced fat soft cheese, so HEB and about half an HEA. Lunch I'm planning to do scrambled egg with tomato and mushroom in it, dinner will be the sausage & cabbage casserole.

I've got my favourite choc orange hi-fi bars for a snack and a ff yogurt as well. Will work some other syns in somewhere, I'm sure :D

What is wrong with me? I am hungry this morning... I had my breakfast as usual, but just feep thinking about food. I had two satsumas, will need to go and look if there are any bananas left in this buidling. I have my raisin wheats in the cupboard, but I want to keep them until afternoon for a snack if I am still hungry.

I noticed fruit sometimes make me feel like I want to eat something more, something else.

Would love a hi fi bar, but we don't have them here, I can't even find alpen ones...
