Wiz you have my sympathies with the fasting blood test
Actual worst test from being pregnant was that just because they make you sit around for 3 hours in the medical centre without food while smelling McDs for a retest after a glucose drink


Sooooo today I'm back on it - had treat night last night so will be cutting back on syns this week

I've been invited to a formal ball at the end of the month so will be trying to be good for that now quite looking forward to getting my hair done and dressing up and going out with the boy in his tux
Shall be rewearing the dress I wore to the wedding in may it should do will just buy sparkly heels and a new bag

Thats great tweets thank you. Wont be frightened of buying more if I see them on offer as a handy standby in freezer. They were quite nice and tasted a bit naughty iykwim . Honest it was only one as DH insisted on having the other one - he's trying to ensure I get a loss next week as he got plenty of earache from me last night after my gain :rotfl::rotfl:

Apparently we are doing Miss Slinky and Mr Sleek next week. I got told by two people they were going to nominate me, one was our consultant so I think I'm stuffed for having to talk unless I don't go

I like the birds eye inspirations fish chargrilled with sunblushed tomato basil and oregano they are 1/2 syn per fillet or juicy lemon rosemary & thyme free on both extra easy and red they are like a big chunky fish finger.

I think we have had these before and they are very good for 0.5 syn. Only had a couple of syns earlier today so the gastro fish wasn't too bad as I'm trying to up my syns a little bit.
