That looks really yummy. Any chance of the recipe (after you've taste tested of course;))?greentiger wrote: »I’m so excited , de de re de de – 3lb loss for me this week, for your lovely chart Shala!
Maman, don’t know where I got the syn value from, but at least it’s wrong in the right direction, IYSWIM! Do you have syn values for all the flavours? Maybe I had a different one before. Anyway, I only had half a pack, so that’s 1.5 syns saved towards tonight’s carvery - that’s some gravy, hurray! :j
Brilliant Loss!!:T
These are the AH couscous flavours. The one you have is the lowest syn I think.

So far I've been really good. I've had SW breakfast, lunch with in-laws was SW friendly (sausage mash and veg). I didn't have a drink after as I was driving to a meeting. Generally after this meeting a group of us go to the pub for a carvery but so many were ill we didn't bother. If I get hungry later I'll have something SW.
Phew! that's today sorted. Tomorrow's agenda is a walk in the forest followed by lunch in country pub. I'll worry about that when it happens.

I’m ok with Christmas chocs. I can leave them unopened quite happily. Then when I do open them I am satisfied with 1 or 2 – until there are only 6-8 left, then I have to eat them all, even if I don’t like them! I can’t figure out why I’m like that.
Hello, cydney!
Jock, I had issues also with syn values – for example, I used the list of foods SW supplied and counted cream crackers as 1.5 on that list, but online they are 2. I think there will be plenty more examples of “syngate”.

pastmysellby and meg, mmmmm scones! Just yesterday I was given a recipe for clootie dumpling scones, so I’m going to have a bash at these later in the week. Maman, you are a very wise woman re going out for a treat, but I don’t know where I could get clootie dumpling scones!
