well done greentiger.. fab loss :T

I've just bought a lovely 'jungle book' food diary notebook.. going to record everything religiously as i'm more honest with myself when its all down in black and white.. easy to pretend that 'bag of crisps' didn't happen when I don't write it down

I saw them on instagram, retro from scratch on etsy https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/retrofromscratch .. use old ladybird and disney covers with the inside you want.. just gutted I forgot to use a £5 voucher a friend posted on FB :o

Hi, can I join you guys? :hello:

Started SW yesterday (doing it with my OH on our own) and hoping to lose 2 stone. OH has lost 6.5 stone just by healthy eating but has stalled and found she was eating less and less, so she has decided to do this with some exercise to lose some more weight. I didn't want her to be alone in this, so decided to join her.

Have bought some books off fleabay so just winging it until they arrive! Had my first bowl of porridge HEXB and HEXA, without sugar today, but added some berries. Am I right in assuming frozen berries are free even though they go all mushy when thawing out?

Welcome on board. Massive well done to your oh. There is loads of support if you keep popping in and feel free to ask as many questions as you like.

Not as good as homemade perhaps but if you'd really like a cream tea then use your syns and go out to a really nice teashop and have one. That way you don't have to finish off all the scones, jam and cream that will be calling to you from the kitchen.;)

Got two afternoon teas booked via groupon to look forward to ;). Booked a festive one yesterday and it doesnt expire until a couple of days after my birthday in feb - dh says we can keep it for my birthday treat  - I dont think so :).

    Fab loss ginvzt :T

Standard slice is 4.5 syns; reduced fat one is 3.5 a slice.

    Congratulations on all the loses.

I managed to go out at the weekend and stay on plan. I was very pleased with myself.

I have stuck to plan 100% this week I really want a lose and to get at least half a stone off by Christmas.

Meals for today look like this

    B- Fruit lots of it
L - Uncle bens chicken rice 3 syns , small pack of milk bottles 4 syns and more fruit
    Snack - grapes
snack when I get home some mini quiches with spring onion, cauli, pepper and mushrooms
D - either Sausage, mash and veg or pasta with veg and maybe a cheese sauce.
