A bit confused, is this the final chart for the week or are there more results to comes to come, asking because if its the final one
then Shala is SOTW and deserves some great fat congratulations.

Thanks Meg :D but unfortunately i'll post the final chart tomorrow night for last week... i also don't count for SOTW as i'd put on last week.

I can't see the chart at work but from what i can remember it's someone from the top of the chart that had the biggest loss and had a STS last week.. (i won't say a name incase i'm wrong :rotfl:)

Rubbish work day for me today :( having a red day, hoping to avoid all the greggs cakes that have just been plonked on the table :(

B - banana, yogurt, muesli (heb)
L - ham sandwich (heb) salad, crisps (5)
T - Beef stew - just veg and beef, with oxo stock
S - milk in tea (hea) satsumas

I don't suppose cream in a cake counts as a HEA does it?? :rotfl::rotfl:

will catch up properly later x

Wiz - 2 slices of Great White would be HEB + 2 or 4 syns a slice if not using as HEB. So not really much more than you would have been synning it at anyway - I think you usually syn it at 6 syns don't you?

With regard to the "pregnant" tummy I think it happens to most of us as we get older! I'm 62 and also have a tummy which I can't shift so even being a petite size 10 I still have to be careful what clothes I wear so that I can "hide" it!

I was just thinking about what I eat and when I eat bread I seem to be using 2 slices of great white I think it should be one because it's a large loaf. So I suppose the number of times I have done that, it will have contributed to sts or gaining.
Also has any one got a stomach that feels and looks like your pregnant. Well, it would be a miracle if I was pregnant ( at 74 ) but I have got that tummy that looks like I'm at least six months. HELP!

I have two "tummies", one above the waist, one below......

Hugs wiz. I'm another with a pregnant tummy. It'd be slightly less of a miracle if I was pg but with two smalls already I really hope it is just blubber!

MIL has given me a massive savoy cabbage. Anyone know any recipes to use it up? Otherwise it will have to be side veg for about a fortnight :rotfl:

I like this sausage casserole recipe.

It's more of an adult meal than the baked beans type sausage casseroles. I tweak mine to make it very low syn (just the sausages) and cheaper by using dried thyme, frozen leeks and some bacon all of which I have in store rather than buying in specially. Plus I quarter new potatoes and add them too. I've never use chorizo but a little wouldn't add too much to the syns. It makes loads and leftovers are very tasty even without sausages.

You could use some sliced up in stir fries and some stirred into mash.

I'm equally boring with my HEXs. Unless we have porage or cereal (probably two days a week) then I always have a slice of wholemeal toast and use the milk up in teas.

Well, "Top Bloke" has moved on to another woman it would appear.

Bit of a blow, but glad I found out his true colours before he met Top Boy etc.

So, I'm back on the wagon-ish, eating when I can.

Does anyone know the syns in an Asda Fresh Kitchen Chow Mein please?

Don't fancy anything but trying to force something down
