  • lantanna - lots of huggles on the way to you.

lush - good luck with the job application. I bet if you are given an interview they won't be able to resist you. ;) If they don't offer you the position - just think it is their loss. I think it was mich talking of chocshots.

Meg - sounds as though you have had a fab time in York. My favourite cocktail (on the very rare occasion I indulge is a Mojito). What were you drinking? Lovely to have you back btw. :D

Top Girl - sorry to hear your sad news :(. Enjoy those weekend syns xx

Maisie - hope you are all feeling better soon.

tweets - well done on your loss :T

Top girl I'm sorry to hear your news :( sometimes the right person fails due to timing? I'm sure there will be a new top bloke in the future xxx

So my ketone experiment I've ended or postponed I may restart it again in a few weeks - basically I feel sick all the time and have lost my appetite massively to the point of I can be feeling sick and then for 5 mins be starving and if I don't eat in that window it's back to feeling sick and forcing food down? I also can't sleep and to be quite honest my stomachs all churny - so I'm postponing in the hope I've just collected
A bug from the mini at some point and once the bug has gone and I return to normal I may restart.

I've also decided re my target I'm buying a 6 week countdown next week - at the end of the countdown that's it that's my target - ill then try to lose 3lb before Xmas and my birthday and be sat at bottom end for the end of December and then come the new year reassess how I feel and if I want to lower it by 7lb ill lower it xxx so I've give my self 6 weeks to shift as much as I can.

I've been very limited this week in how much I've ate so not expecting a loss on Monday as I don't think it can be good for me

Tonight is mischief night and I hate it :(
Tomorrow is Halloween and I hate that too but mini n I are off to a family party of new mr Mildredd so pooing myself slightly especially as mini has decided she's going as Snow White and won't have a bar of a Halloween outfit :/
Started sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

Same here but at lunchtime and alcohol was consumed.:o Had bruschetta and a chicken Caesar. Could have been worse I suppose.

Snap!! Same gain as me this week.:)

I think it's definitely better to get back on plan ASAP after any synful meals/breaks. I'll be sticking with it all over the weekend until Tuesday when I may be going to a carvery.

Had lunch with DD2. She lost weight with SW for a big birthday 5 years ago. Last saw her a month ago and DH said afterwards he thought she's put a bit on. Of course he's now an expert on all things SW:D Having seen her today, he's right. Today wasn't an appropriate time anyway but do you think I should say something to her?

Been thinking about this Maman and if it were my daughter I wouldn't say I thought she had put weight on as if she hadn't already mentioned it she might be a it touchy but I would get round it in a crafty way and tell her I was finding it a it hard to maintain and ask her how she is managing, she may not have realised she has put on and a gentle nudge may make her think
    about it.

Congrats, Mrs¬_Ryan, on your college work.

Well done, Matron, flutterby and tweets.

Pennies, so sorry you have such worries. Of course, you can stay here – that’s what friends are for!

Top Girl, you’ll get through this and you’ll be stronger, I’m sure.

Well yesterday I was good - in as far as I ate what I'd planned for breakfast and dinner, all syn free. Unfortunately my afternoon out was more than synful and I need to draw a veil over it :o .

    Today I've had

Breakfast: BLT hexb sandwich with light mayo (1 syn)

Lunch: baked potato with Heinz 5 Beanz and mixed salad, mango

Dinner: roast beef, roast potatoes, carrots, baby corn, sugar snap peas, pickled onions, small Yorkshire pudding (2.5 syns), gravy (1 syn), strawberries

I have my hexa allowance in hand for supper, so maybe I'll have crackers and laughing cow for supper.

    Friday's Menu

Breakfast: fruit 'n' fibre, a little hexa milk
Lunch: risky as I'm out for lunch - again
    Dinner: sausage, beans & mash

Hope everyone has a good day tomorrow.
