What a great attitude you have :T

You tried that's the main thing and maybe before you weren't in a position to try, onwards and upwards now

Have plenty of syns this weekend before you draw the line! Its quite frankly compulsory!!:D
  • Hi All

Its been a while. This week I have had a STS, but I am happy with that.

This week I have planned all my evening meals so that will really help me.

I am determined to lose 2lb's this week. Work are not making it easy on the way to the printer there are cakes, biscuits and doughnuts.

    Todays menu is as follows

    B- Grapes and yogurt
L- Pasta, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes
D- Freezer suprise (either chilli/curry or a real suprise will be served with rice and will be free lol)

Snacks and HEB to be decided. HEA will be milk in my tea.

Congratulations on all the fantastic loses in the S4S challange.

He wasn't a bad guy Lantanna, he is 11 years younger and I think that just caught up to us, very different stages in our lives. I'll miss him, but letting someone in like I did him is a huge deal for me, I'm awful at that stuff.

Weekend packed with good friends, activities and syns to draw a line, then countdown to Christmas and start afresh life wise in the new year xx

Great attitude love, enjoy your weekend.

Back from group, shopping and have had my lunch.

As expected I had a small gain of 0.5lb so I'm OK with that and glad I stuck to plan the last day or two.

Snap!! Same gain as me this week.:)

I think it's definitely better to get back on plan ASAP after any synful meals/breaks. I'll be sticking with it all over the weekend until Tuesday when I may be going to a carvery.

Had lunch with DD2. She lost weight with SW for a big birthday 5 years ago. Last saw her a month ago and DH said afterwards he thought she's put a bit on. Of course he's now an expert on all things SW:D Having seen her today, he's right. Today wasn't an appropriate time anyway but do you think I should say something to her?
