Maman, yes they are Asda jellies and I get 4 little dishes out of one packet .So, is it 2 Syns for the whole pkt or 2 Syns for each one?
    Thanks x

That's for the whole sachet of crystals wiz, so each portion is a half!!
lush, I can't find the beef ravioli but cheese ravioli is 3.5. Maybe someone else knows.

:T that's a brilliant result on your assignments MrsR, it's no wonder you had a celebration. Hope you have a great time in Penzance too. Like you, I now have what I want when I go out for a meal and then catch up afterwards. I think that's one of the plus sides of reaching target.

ginvzt, I think your target is very doable for next birthday. I lost 3.5 stone in just under a year and that really was a scenic route. Plus you'll reach milestones in between. You'd better hurry with your new coat or it'll be hanging off you!!;)

meg, I sometimes do my posts in Word and copy and paste them. It's infuriating when they disappear.

    Today's EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
    L: ham, veg, beetroot
    D:SW Bolognese
Syns: squirt of syrup, scape of Parmesan

I'm planning to do a weigh and go at a different group tonight as busy tomorrow. I generally go of a morning so that might affect things. I don't feel as if I've gained but......

lantanna, meant to say that you only need to bite the bullet once over changing your habits on WI day. I think what really matters is that you try to keep everything the same. So if you want lunch and a drink then have one. It'll only be a potential gain for the one week.

Thanks Maman - yes I am going to get to target and then once I am there I will be eating and drinking on a Thursday afternoon. I do have lunch I just eat lighter than I probably should and don't drink from 2pm which leaves me dehydrated and generally in bad form.

I can't wait to get to target so I can not go every week!! Naughty I know but its all a bit of a rush at times and it will release my Thursday nights for something else - but I will still be keeping my hand in as much as is necessary to stay on track. Guess its going to be trail and error !

Mrs Ryan - I have always had nice meals out since starting sw and the whole way through my journey - I like Maman just try and make up for it. I found I could have one meal off a week and I kept losing, anymore than that and it was a gain for me.

Hi can someone add the campfire stew to the recipe thread please, I can't find it and have a gammon soaked and ready to go :p.

Edit to say found it and saved. I have a rather larger slow cook and a rather large gammon! I got a bit carried away with tins and veg from Aldi [shouldn't be so cheap] so added 25p bag of carrots [all of them], butternut squash [biggish], 3 tins tom [not in recipe but have loads], 3 beans, 2 big onions, pack of sweet peppers [the small ones so about 6-8], big tin sweet corn oh and 2 tins mushrooms. Omitted the garlic as intolerant and not sure about the paprika as had it for ages. May take longer than 6 hours if so its tomorrows breakfast, dinner and tea ;-).

Aldi's gammon are quite big so went back for 2 more for 'C' now in freezer. Will probably get more every time we go in as long as the price stays the same [£4.89] and they don't get any smaller.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Good news lush, the cod is only 7.5 and every bit of batter you don't eat is a even less.;)

And Quality Street is coming up as 2.5yns for each sweet, but surely it must vary?

I've had lunch and perhaps one more cuppa before 5.30 WI.

TIE - the 20 cals = 1 syn doesn't really work when there is something Free as in the battered fish; it's really only the calories in synned stuff which works roughly. Your post probably crossed with Maman's which says that the battered fish is 7.5 syns.

Added recipe to the thread for the future.

That sounds an amazing variety and amount of veg! I would love to have had a big joint, but we only have 800g gammon pieces from the neck in our supermarket here, and none in ALDI. Still getting used to differences in offerings in supermarkets 2 years on!
