Thanks for the chart shala
I've decided I'm buying a 6 week countdown on Monday
And going to try to push myself to lose as much as I physically can by time that expires n well whatever I am on last day that's it I'm calling target for the year ... I will reassess after Xmas n new year n of I decide to go lower so be it but 6 weeks I'm giving myself to be on it like a car bonnet
My consultant this week was telling me to call target as I look thin but I actually gained oops but I'm taking it as I must be looking more toned - not that my joggers are actually misshaped now lol
Bought new jeans for the weekend just gone and got in a12 do 22-12 slightly impressed by

Reporting on campfire stew - loved it! OH wasn't too keen on it at first, but then had a second bowl as it 'grew on him'. Even the piglets (twins) ate their bowls with some persuasion! Have another couple of portions left, so will be either tomorrows dinner or Thursday's lunch!Annie, I was reading your posts jealous that you get time to sew. It's not good BM but is lovely and relaxing and I used to do loads before the children came along. Can't take my eyes off my toddler for long enough to follow a pattern now!Annie021063 wrote: »I'm only finding time during the day because it's half term and I'm a teacher lol
Back to snatching the odd 30 minutes in the evening after this week
I was lucky to have time today to attempt to get a pattern transfered for a coat (never made one before), but the problem I have is that the biggest size on the pattern is 44 where I would need a 48 (it is a burda patern). That is the only coat I really like from all the magazines I have, and I am not willing to spend another 10 euros for a single pattern in a shop. My sewing time is usually in the evening once kids go to sleep, and I can stay until midnight and later to sew, and be up and full of energy early next morning - can't explain it really, I am not good at it, but I love doing it and I guess it energises me!
My project now is a coat, as I don't have an autumn coat (and it is pretty chilly outside already), which is probably not going to be wearable, but I am going to try nonetheless, and I would love to make some trousers for myself too!
Right, it is bed time here, sleep is as important to weight loos as the diet, in my opinion, and k nowing my son is getting up at 5-5:30 am after turning the clocks means I will have to be upat that time too...Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
