ginvzt - Quark isn't HEA it's free if it's the natural one. The flavoured ones are low syn - can't remember value offhand but think it's about 2 for the lemon one. So definitely have some milk for your HEA, or maybe a bit of cheese.

Thanks, it is plain quark, I mix it with a bit of yogurt, sweetener and raspberries for my desert.

Or I have it with herbs and finn crisp thins (HexB)...

however, my yogurt is not fat free, it is 1.5%, but I only use a spoon or so. The fat free one here is really disgusting, tastes like thy just mixed water and flour, and I have not found fat free greek yogurt.

I might just treat myself to a coffee (latte)...

Blueeyedgirl - Congratulations !!!!! Bet you feel fab, you deserved that treat meal! How much more would you like to lose?

I often walk past the breads in lidl and think they would be lovely! Generally all of the rolls and scones are calling out my name but I pretend I don't hear them:eek: Mind you so do the crisps and the choc!

I've become a real lidl shopper recently - anything apart from the meat because I get that from the butchers usually! Trying to spend less! Cost of living is getting worse without doubt:eek:

It is horrible, horrible weather today.

My mission for the day is to not talk myself out of going to step aerobics tonight. I can literally feel the gain sitting round my middle and I need to do something about it pronto!!! I am not at all looking forward to Thursday - but hey at least I will no where I am and can then hopefully attack, attack when the mojo fully returns!

    Menu for today

B: 2 Toast, Banana & Cinnamon (HE & Syns scrape of spread)

    L: HM Butternut squash soup

D: Maybe cottage pie if I get time to make it before I go to Step

I went to bed at 8 last night a) because I was tired and b) because there was nothing to eat in there !!

I can't wait to be 100 % back on it and debloated! I just need my lady troubles to go away.

Michcity - Your meals look absolutely fabulous!! Please come and be my personal chef - for free!! :rotfl: Think I need to find my interest in food again - cooking it and being healthy!! Oh where has it gone !
  • Well done BEG:D & Ettenna flying start! Flat Eric - I am right there with you not sticking to plan 100% Nasty cycle of "why bother". When I know that when I DO bother I make a big diff.

Haven't had much chance to report in this week. Saturday WI -0.5lb Lost track of where I am on weeks too SHALA sorry.

Eldest is working toward a brownie badge that requires some food planning - so she put together a really good -considerate meal for us all last night. Made "Jacket Potatoes" look incredibly posh!

    Good morning all

Heavy rain here this morning, soup weather for sure.

Some brilliant losses already, well done

Took the DDs Tesco last night, while they bought cake mix, I bought the chocshot, the Heck sausages advertised in the SW, minestrone soup mix (saw the picture on instagram) and veg

Just had 2 of the sausages (1/2 syn each) they are nice, quite salty but tasty

I've spent ages looking through instagram #extraeasy #slimmingworld and hundreds of inspirational photos pop up, very addictive, lol I'm going to try and use them when I want to stuff my face, diversion tactics, lol

    Have a good day

    Hi all,
So I joined SW earlier this year and lost a bit and then my online membership expired and I let life get in the way to be honest and eased off a bit. However after having a weekend away this bank holiday I really feel i need to get my !!! in gear again. I will be going to a group on Thursday as I feel this will make me more accountable if I have to attend somewhere every week.
Could I please join the slinky for christmas Shala and I would like to set a target of 12lbs over the 8 weeks.
