Wrote a big long reply - the forum ate it :@

    Today's a new day
Line drawn that is all - bad week so ill take the gain today like a big girl - come home and get on the super frees and back on plan

This week I have a party and a meal out planned so will be having a low syn week

Ketone update - 3 days on - raspberry burps, a ridiculous amount of energy to the point of struggling to sleep? So god knows what's going on - will carry on taking them as I've bought them and well maybe it's psychological anyway as I do feel less hungry

Like Lantanna I've hit the brick wall of thinking about meals - my food plans seem a bit samey week in week out which isn't helping I need to try a few new recipes I think but I'm always skint so a meal has to be pretty much guarenteed to be liked to try it :/

Will have to be on it this week - I need to be at target sooner rather than later as I can't justify the £5 a week :(

I think the £5 a week is also a good motivation to get to target! It certainly helps keep me in check now I'm at target. The thought of having to pay again is enough to stop me going overboard!

All this talk about gammon got me longing for one too... I haven't seen it to buy here (not even in Aldi), but now that I found out how it is called here, I am sure to be on the lookout for one! Would love some ham an pea soup... (or is that not good under SW?)

Thanks denise! It was very helpful!

Ive got out of the way of counting my syns - so I need to go back to that. Very interesting what you say about not eating your syns and then gaining! Sometimes I know I definitely don't eat enough!

Ok so from today back to counting syns religiously!

I'm just getting annoyed with myself as I have come so far and am so close and now I'm messing around and I have no idea why - its all psychological this losing weight malarkey!

But hey it could be so so much worse! :rotfl:

Thanks maman, will be buying a red cabbage today to do some coleslaw for tea so i'll use the rest of it up for that recipe :D

Wishus, wiz - great losses ladies :T:T

Hi consultant, nice to see you

Well done ginvzt - I definitely feel like having that nagging voice in the back of your head helps us steer clear of eating loads of food :T

Shala – Cheesey Chili Fries - More info please??

These were amazing.. Adapted a recipe from Sk1nny Taste website - I swapped oil for spray oil, I forgot the bacon and I didn't have any spring onions :rotfl: but if I made them again i'd add all that!

    http://www.skinnytaste.com/2012/03/skinny-texas-cheese-fries.html

I'm not one for measuring so I just did a shake of all the spices instead of measuring 1/8th of a tsp..

I enjoyed taking the photos of the meals as I felt like I had to make sure I was having my 3rd of superfree otherwise i'd get told off :rotfl: holds me more accountable IYKWIM.. (and I love a good nose at people's food so feel free to post your photos :j)

I'm on an EE again today and I'm off work so feel like I have a bit of time to experiment so today will be the cauliflower pizza thing - I know it may be classed as abuse but if I like it then I see it as a way of eating more vegetables for me (I don't think we should worry too much as I doubt i'll like it :rotfl:)

    Todays menu
    B - pineapple, yogurt
L - cauliflower pizza (hea) up to 6 syns for extra cheese, salad
T - steak, hasselback potatoes, HM coleslaw and salad
    S - milk in tea (2.5)

    Not as beige today :j:j

See you later - off to buy OH some All Bran _pale_ and some red cabbage - lets the experiments begin :rotfl:

Do you think they speed up your metabolism, is that why you can't sleep? Maybe they have a lot of caffeine in them...

When I get bored with menu's I always just copy someone from here :D someone always has something new that I've never heard or never thought about - campfire stew being one of them..
